How do people supposed to know which one is which one? There is going to be different versions of your rom after all. Some with some bugs or with new features. People might want to go back to previous version or install a specific version. Numbering your versions would be a good idea. It's up to you though.
Look at the derpfest github bro, they have names for the versions.
And npv writes the date, take simply the date as version.

Why people always want more as they have 🙈😂

Nobody wants anything and nobody has to do anything. It's just common sense. OP doesn't have to do that. Not everybody here is expert or advanced developer or user. It's just a recommendation.

Things to fix sometime in the future 🙈
1. faceunlock, you know
2. fingerprint animations, as soon as you turn them on, fingerpring almost stops working. They work perfectly in the aod display (black background?), but in the unlock screen it's almost impossible. Without those animations, fp is perfect, so i wouldn't consider this as important.
3. When you record your voice in whatsapp/line etc... On oxygen there is some sort of noise cancelling? I noticed this today first time while driving, after i listened myself, what i sended, that it's very noisy. I mean im sounding super **** behind all that highway noise. That was crystal clear before on oxygen.
There is a mic ontop of the device, i think it's not used.
However, this is something that's probably relatively hard or almost impossible to fix, but it nerves 😂

So far the new update is great. No new bugs or anything special 😂

By the way, for the autoupdate derpfest built in thing, you could upload the files to raw github or i could provide you an webserver to host the files, if you want. If the download link in the updater isn't hardcoded or sth.

cheers & thx

1. I will fix it when I release the rom with oos 11 rebase. For now I may not release it since it breaks twrp. But let's see how that one pans out

2. Cannot reproduce

3. Idk anything about it but let's see

I made a video, probably different sensors, but this looks more tbh, like an ui error. It works perfectly with the animation in aod, just not in the normal unlock screen, which is super weird.

The first is with an normal background, the second video is with a black background 🙈

EDIT:
That issue isn't since the update, it was before already, and it doesn't matter which unlock animation i use, it's the same across them all 🙈
The hit/miss ratio with animation is like 1 of 20 sucess, while without animation, its like 99,9% success 😂

Seems like same on all other aosp roms too 😂🙈

Cheers

Something really weird is happening.
I have switched dc dimming off and color wide spectrum off.
Then switched it back on...
And now it works 100% with the animation.

Wanted to dig further down the issue, as those options affects the display (probably fp too)

Now im not able to reproduce it myself anymore, no matter what i change 🤦

I swear you, this happened before every time, like 99% was not possible to unlock...
Now it's absolutely magically working 🤦

There is a bug, will try to reproduce it 🤦
cheers

I would recommend you to backup everything.
And backup everything manually or with any apps, but don't come to the idea to use the twrp backup/restore function. it's broken.

About twrp itself, any version is fine, official 3.5.2 should work with your rom too. rros pie.
Just download and flash the zip.

You will need to make a full clean flash anyway.
Probably the best way is anyway to download latest oos 10 (not 11) as flashable fastboot image.
It wipes everything, there is a flash-all.bat included, that you can execute. After that you reboot simply again to fastboot and boot up the twrp .img with fastboot.
Then you are again in twrp with a clean oos10 base.
From here you can wipe again simply everything, and convert data/system partition to f2fs. You don't need to do it, it just probably brings the bit more performance probably. (I can't measure it) 😂
Then you can simply move the derpfest zip to twrp storage and flash it normally.
After you flashed derpfest, you could flash twrp .zip over it, if you want. But it's not necessary. If you want later twrp recovery, instead of the android recovery, you can still do it afterwards. In fastboot, simply boot the twrp .img

Here are the fastboot Rom's:

Simply take 10.0.5 for whatever phone you use (global or europe) and there is this flash-all.bat that you run.

Just make a ****ing backup of your files and internal storage before, before you start!

cheers 😂

Does someone know where I can find the firmware zip (not full ROM or OTA) for this device?

Is it somehow possible to implement the high brightness toggle into normal brightness slider?
Like simply increase the brightness of the slider?

i use that button quite often, as it's amazing how much you still get out.

what i found out is, that that toggle makes no difference if you use dc dimming, either because dc dimming slider max value is same as high brightness toggle or the toggle doesn't work there 😂
i think feelingwise, dc dimming mode has higher brightness, so the toggle makes no difference, and it's exactly perfect.

i would let the toggle constantly active in normal mode, but once you change the brightness via slider and back to max, it's not as bright as in high brightness toggle mode. So you need to deactivate/activate it again. That's the problem.

Don't tell me again, you can't reproduce it 😂

No I won't implement hbm into the brightness slider. Hbm slowly destroys the display and hence using it for prolonged time will have effects on screen. Implementing onto the slider will only cause people to destroy the screen.

As for dc dimming, when you enable it, hbm isn't as bright as when it is disabled. This led to whatever you experienced.

wide angle camera not working for me. (No option for 0.6x, cant zoom out)
Google camera also crashing when trying to open.

It also didn't work on previous ROM (Xtended)

Any help appreciated....

My Installation procdure:
1. wipe data, dalvik, internal storage. Fromat data. (in TWRP)
2. flash oos 10.3.8 zip file on both slots from twrp
3. flash this rom
4. flash TWRP. REBOOT
