flash it in recovery after the ROM is flashed. I always boot the system and go through set-up then reboot to recovery and flash magisk
I have set up the phone.
if you like twrp fastboot boot Nebrassy FBEv2 TWRP, go to advanced, flash current twrp, reboot recovery and you'll have twrp. then just flash magisk like normal
once you're booted to recovery, go to apply update, then apply via adb. then on computer type adb sideload <magisk.zip here>

nothing. it will say that until you boot into the system one time and then it makes those folders
just make sure to format data with derp recovery though not TWRP. it misses important flags at the moment

I have a lot of luck typing stuff up there to find things in ROMs. I'm not currently running this ROM right now, or I would help you out more
