I had the same problem.
I do a clean install of the 3.5 and after a dirty of 3.7 and I get the fingerprint now.
I read the tips on the telegram channel dedicated to mi 9 & pixelplusui
I can confirm this.
With a clean installation of 3.7 version there was no fingerprint, and when first installed 3.5 and than 3.7 over it, the fingerprint settings appears in the security settings.

Getting lag gameplay, CPU is set to 1804 MHz and I cant change it. Any kernel that I can install to get bettter performance?
Wanna know as well! beta weekly rom is just a mess i don't wanna flash it before This one.
I flashed it over Xiaomi.eu beta rom, without formatting with data deletion only. First you need to flash version 3.5 as written above and then version 3.7 and everything should work.
I first deleted screen lock, then went into recovery, deleted the dalvik, cache and data. flashed the first rom 3.5. booted the system, without setting phone re-entered the recovery, flashed 3.7. and that is it.
No áudio using headphones. How can I fix it? Please. It's really important to me.
Edit: no fingerprint option in settings. Using the last Firmware china version. Only Stock ROM, no modes. Only using the fix for the ANXCamera, and the MIUI gallery.

Explained a couple of posts ago about fingerprint problems.
As for the sound in the headphones, I don't have any problems.

NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine.

I am wondering that nobody has written yet and commend the ROM - because it works really well!
Everything I've tested has worked (Gpay, Android Auto, Netflix App, DT2W, DT2S, Faceunlock, battery drain ~2%/h during night).
Only two small things:
- Disabled Annoying Emergency button in power menu --> where is this option?
- The ability to change the battery icon would be great! But i don't know if this could be part of official PixelPlusUI
But in general as i said great work and definitly for daily usage useful.1
