Hey, for a few days my battery gets drained quickly too.
I suspect thats an issue of the Systemupdates... My Phone told me a few days ago, that it is outdatet and needs a firmware upgrade. I dissmissed it because i thought it would try to download android 12, which obviously wouldnt work that way.

I guess since then it tries to download android 12 in the background and that screws my battery and datausage.
Sadly there is no option to change anything update related in the settings.

@Hack64 please fix this, a love this ROM

Are you using Magisk? If so, can you show me your modules?

I'm not using magisk and it was not rooted.

the very same thing is happening to me too. I'm on this ROM since the beginning and it has been always perfect for my daily use and I love it. Only lately: same message as for @****happensdontpanic about the system update, which I denied as well for the same reason, and I've noticed both battery and mobile data draining. I've Magisk installed but with any modules.

If you could let us know how to help you to support you for this strange issue, I'll be glad to do whatever needed, because I wouldn't really want to change this great ROM.

First of all I'd need a logcat, but the weird thing is that nobody in my support group is facing this issue, not even myself. Are you sure you don't have some old gapps leftovers (eg. Nikgapps)?

First of all, thanks for your prompt feedback, that is extremely appreciated!
Then, I've the gapps released with your ROM; of course I'm updating them by playstore as long as new updates come out.
I'm trying to understand how to use logcat and let you know as soon as I've something for you.

Hi @Hack64 , great ROM as always, been using it since it started being updated again.
I have one question: could you have a look at this problem? I find that all custom ROMs I've tried for the 9T have this particular problem: low recording volume in apps from the wired microphone/headset. Can anything be done about it? I think tinkering with the mixer_paths_idp.xml file could fix it, but I have no idea what entry to edit.

Thanks for the fast response. I flashed only your ROM without any extras and used it for a month or so daily. As i said even formatting the phone brought the problem back immediatly. The dataconsumtion went crazy as soon as i locked the phone and left wifi...

For me its currently impossible to get a logcat because i had to switch to PE. The batterydrain was too severe and made it unusable as a daily driven ROM. Apart from that heavy usage on my limited dataplan.

Hi @Hack64,
you can find the logcat here. If it's not enough or you have something specific you want I filter on, just let me know.
I also attached 2 screenshots, related to battery and mobile data usages; consider that my phone is on idle the most of the time. Usually I can stay almost 4 days (during the night it is turned off) without charging it, while now I can barely reach the end of the day.

Any progress? Sorry but i cant wait to reflash your ROM. The faulty Fingerprintreader on PE drives me nuts....
