I have got a safetynet issue right now and Idk why. I have been getting Safetynet API Error screen. Is there a fix for this? I have checked... Magiskhide is on, I'm pretty sure none of my mods done this, app locker/face unlock/fingerprint is more buggy and maybe a new google app versions I installed caused it. The only I changed on my phone are my app versions... Last time updating google play services could break safetynet, but that has been fixed. Now I honestly don't know.
BUT pokemon Go and safetynet tests apps say my safetynet has passed...

It's Server issues. download any CTS checker app in playstore and also check playstore certificate

A safetynet tester/checker app is a CTS checker app lol. I installed 5 different ones and they all said that my safetynet passes. It's a magisk manager issue and we'll just have to wait for a new update to fix this API Error

How do we update the OP screen recorder app? It's kinda outdated like it's from 2019. Just downloading and trying to install the apk won't work. Screen recording goes quiet when recording a video for some reason and not sure how to fix the issue

Fresh install and the battery life is kinda bad compared to oos.

How long ago did you install? I always wait about 3 or 4 complete battery cycles before I begin to really judge battery.. Until then your stats won't be quite accurate. Give it a few days and then see. If you still aren't pleased then do reading about how to improve your battery life. BBS xda thread can be helpful and if you're a real hardcore battery life guru like me then use an app like FKM or EXKM to lower your cpu speeds.. One can always get better battery life. I have no complaints about battery on EvoX on my 6T. Good luck. Hope that helps a lil.

1. This ROM has smooth corners like Pixen and OOS or jagged like most AOSP ROMs ?

2. 4K60 on OOS cam works ?

3. Apps can be forced to full screen ?

4K60 OOS camera does indeed work. I wasn't aware of it but after reading your post here I installed OOS camera and tested it out. Apps full screen yes. I use default on corners. I don't hide notch or anything like that. Not sure I know the answer to the corners... Hope this helps. This rom is rock solid and fast! As far as comparing it to another rom, I don't do that. If you haven't ever used EvoX I highly suggest jumping onboard. I'm staying put a while right here myself.

Thanks a lot again ! You're really helpful. By smooth corners I mean if they look pixelated (jagged) on white backgrounds. This is not the case on OOS and PixenOS (if I remember correctly also Pixel Experience), but sadly most AOSP ROMs are not implementing a fix to this.

I realised that too. I thought it was supposed to be normal, but thanks for posting that the edges aren't. Supposedly on Resurrection Remix, they have a tweak that allows to change the size of the rounded corners. So, hopefully this can be added in the next update allowing us to tweak it or fix the edges with default values

I found a weird bug to do with the QS settings. My brightness bar keeps moving up even though I've set it to be at the bottom like OOS. I don't know why and it's getting annoying. Sometimes changing the screen rotation can cause it

Sorry to say this but my battery drain is so good even i am not using any extra apps for battery saving so what i am try to explain is different rom gives different sot, i have bad sot on kangos( seriously i love that rom damit but still ........)i tried everything available in the google search result but when i start to use the mobile i will get 3.5 hours max, with normal usage, only telegram, xda, and some 10 calls, boom 100 to 25 % battery drain within 3.5 hours sot. But the same setup and same usage pattern i am getting more than 5.5 hours now. Actually this is my experience with this rom, so please don't take anything negetive, i am try to explain my experience that's all. Cheers.

Maybe try and go into settings for each app and set which app should be allowed in the background, optimised, or restricted. Maybe set wifi and network permissions for each app too like a file explorer doesn't need wifi or data to work. I used servicely for battery stuff and in the app: just restrict which apps to run in the background and force app standby if u don't need it on constantly

Thanks for answering, i already said i do not have any problem in evolutionx rom but in kangos. I had used naptime and servicely still had battery drain even restricted many applications as possible, but still.... Ok after all i learn something, enjoy the os and customisation it offers, forget about the battery usage, so now i am enjoying the evox rom as well as I don't have any battery drain.
