Tried the ROM but google assistant doesn't seem to receive any command from the microphone but works well with typed commands. Anyone else have the issue ??

I have been using version 3.4 dated April 14, 2021 since the release. There is just a huge battery drain, it cannot be corrected in any way (changing kernel, limiting frequencies, tweaks in the system, etc.)

I can confirm it is fixed on the latest update

The new update is pretty stable and you need not go into TWRP.
Just hold Volume up + Power button and you'll go into pixelplus UI recovery, can update the OS from there if you've stored the File in your phone
