How do I decrypt the data, I've flashed the three versions of the rooms at least two three times each and I can't back up the data for the life of me & a few more issues any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also what is the ideal TWRP version for this build?
Use the twrp here in post, boot don't flash. If nothing is needed you can format in twrp. But again once an os is flashed it's encrypted. But you should be able to back up. If twrp asked for password to decrypt it's your screen lock

Hello, please I have stock ROM on phone and I flashed empty vbmeta file to vbmeta_a and _b partition. Please could some one send me vbmeta from device with stock rom: QZK30.Q4-40-26-1 from 1.11.2020 (RETEU)
Thank you!

I don't either it seems people are hung up on it, once flashed the ROM does include it so there should be no reason to flash it again. Encryption is a Android os must have or no boot, once phones on and screen lock dismissed encryption is opened up for the user. Setting selinux to permissive is the way I got apps to see files and such.
The only issue I have, never noticed until now, location doesn't work. Google maps won't show me where I'm at, all apps hang when trying to access it. Anyone know this cause and solution? Maybe location services aren't installed but that isn't the case unless it's a carrier app

If you have the ROM still it's in there in the boot file. That's where I find all of my stock files, just copy it to new location so you don't mess with original. Also if you're trying to disable vbmeta, when flashing that partition go with

fastboot flash --disable_verification --disable_verity vbmeta.img

I believe that's the order, I know the flags are either before flash or after but doing it the traditional way of at the end of command won't do anything

This rom was such a pain in the ass I flashed back to stock. Great work to whoever put it together, but I prefer Android 10 and 11 and 12 are messy with the decryption and its painfully obvious Lineage didn't bother trying to make any concessions in those directions.

Hopefully some more devs come over and get RR or CR going so we can see if this is truly a Lineage issue or just flatout a Android issue.

Totally thinking about hopping back to iOS after this. If that doesn't work I'm just not going to have a phone and be done with it.

Don't do iOS bro. They about to be the next big brother watching the millions who have an icloud, they about to show true colors don't be caught using an iphone.

That's super weird. Not a fix, but boot into the bootloader and charge it to 100% and see if it still won't charge.
It charges when the phone is off, booted to bootloader then powered off. Is not the block, tried 6 or cord tried 10. Downloaded battery guru, just to see if something was up, it started to charge, 10 hours = 63%. That's with every app minus essential system apps closed and the screen off. I'm thinking it maybe an app but I haven't downloaded anything in awhile but I'm gonna backup with titanium and format about to fine another insurance claim before I sent in the broken one this replaced I smashed the screen lol

Got it installed, everything works great, only issue is that when i turn my screen off the ambient display thing keeps flashing even when it is just laying on my table

The annoying led cam be changed with gravity box and the ambient display in your status bar.

Weirder still USB port seems broken, yet it's not. PC can't see but will charge, so no adb. Fast boot isn't seeing it either so I guess time for a new insurance claim
You can also search settings for 'light'
You'll find both settings for battery light and notification light here.

As adb/fastboot issues this is purely an issue with windows drivers.
I've seen it reported many times over the years on a handful of my motos.

I'd recommend full removal of adb / fastboot drivers reboot machine and try again, also installing a different package of adb/fastboot driver might help.

Maybe helpful thread here:

Drivers are up to date. In log I'm seeing
"Batt power supply prop 4 not supported"
My phone literally isn't charging, pc can't see it. I've had it on charter 10 hours and it only charge line 15 percent. This is major. In my mind tho I have to fix and report so anyone else who faces this can overcome it with ease.
I can't find anything in that error tho... Can anyone with the moto one 5g ace run logcat while plugging in phone and get the entry's and send me the entries please

We get that prop error on racer and Kiev so likely nothing to worry about.
I can say none of my motos turbo charge on USB 2/3/3.1 on my pc always slow charging.

Are you experiencing the slow charging also on wall plugs?

Everything, every plug, cord, outlet. Best charge was only 45 percent I don't know how to read battery stats in log, don't know what is what that's why a screen shot of proper would help

Definitely seems low
Can you install:

I'm curious what kind of voltages you're getting.

Also what is your model number?
Thx in advance

Does anyone else have a problem with call volume? Whenever I receive or make a call the other party is extremely quiet to the point of not hearing them.

I can fix it every time by changing to speaker phone then back. Once I switch it back to normal they sound perfect, loud and clear until I make or receive another call and have to repeat the process.

Hey would really appreciate if u could upstream the kernel to at least 5.4 it's super secure and safer than 4.x. 5.6 has VPN wireguard stuff if you'd like do do that one.
Not that easy when you rely on vendor code. The way to get Wireguard is to download sources for lineage and this port, apply Wireguard's create-patch.sh to the kernel, and add CONFIG_WIREGUARD to the config for kiev. You can set it to 'y' if you intend build the entire kernel or 'm' if you just want the module(makes updates easier, insert with insmod). You build it by issuing "breakfast kiev" followed by "make bootimage".

I can confirm this as I use the exact same earphones. I'm on stock waiting to remove the sim lock atm, it would really help if you could share a logcat with connect/disconnect events to assist in tracking down the issue.
That I can gladly do. I'll hop on it when I get home this evening. On stock again but switching back is no problem at all. Give me a few hours 👌
