Try 2 reset your Network settings. I dont have this issue with latest build

When everybody would collect Expierence with Programming HTC-U11 we can Do it Together!! only a PM and we would start Testing the Forums Posts Up and Down with all what whe can do!! I like to Test Installs and New Things!! But iam at work these Week and at Weekend iam going to Play PS4 with my Friend!! also not for ungod when it takes a wile before i answer!!Iam Afraid of new connections and showing my Expierience!!! iam since over 20years learning by XDA my beloved Favorid Place to Lerning how to!!! and when the Builders read this would you show me how to Build a CustomROM/Kernel for Any Device thats where great!!! Iam bring some Knowledge within!!! iam not called by Google as the only One SelfInformatiker without Reason^^ and no i wouldnt Reasearch how it can be done, i would a interactive connection from PersonToPerson!!! it where a Honor 4 me!!

I had already also sent him a private message concerning this.
But I am also currently doing the build and as soon as it is ready I will again upload it on my website.
Probably in about an hour or so it will be ready.

We have not yet checked in detail what really creates the difference in size.

we do now know what the difference is between our two builds. @BunkerBert found the difference.
Mine is a build with the new build defaults, so an odexed build WITH_DEXPREOPT := true (so with the OAT files) and Bunkerberts build is done WITH_DEXPREOPT := false
Therefore my build is 40 MB bigger but faster after every upgrade. The boot-time is a lot shorter after an upgrade, especially on encrypted devices.
V15 worked also fine:
MGC_8.7.250_A11_V15_MGC.apk
And now on V1 of the 8.8.224 version, first tests worked fine:
MGC_8.8.224_A11_V1.apk

There is no need anymore to rename the file. The latest TWRP for the U11 can use automatically these apk files as zip files. -

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Known Issues:
- On dual SIM devices, a SIM cannot be re-enabled once it has been disabled
- VOIP calling (problem with the microphone when making VOIP phone calls using Viber, Skype, Telegram, Facebook) - ???
- Wi-Fi calling - ??? (checked it for mcc="310" mnc="260" only, but I cant check it for me. My carrier supports Volte only for our device and VOLTE works fine for me)
- SeLinux permissive (will be fixed when the bugs are fixed)

Important: If you have any issues with rom (unresponsive buttons, cannot unlock with fingerprint, etc.) try to wipe delvik/cache in TWRP.
Instructions:
Take FULL backup first from your actual system!
Before instaling, make sure you are running the latest Oreo or Pie firmware from the latest HTC Sense.
If you are encrypted, take a full backup of all your data, boot into TWRP and format data (the option which requires you to type "yes") and clean flash accordingly. This is due to encryption changes. Do not skip this step or you will be locked out of your system by a password prompt.
- Download the latest updated TWRP recovery 3.3.1-1 ( thanks @Captain_Throwback ) or 3.4.0-0
- Reboot to download mode and flash it: "fastboot flash recovery name_of_file.img"
- Download the latest ROM zip from the downloads section below
- Wipe /system, /cache and /data (complete FORMAT /data if you're having issues or were encrypted)
- Flash ROM zip in TWRP, reboot to system and make initial settings (don't enable option Lineage recovery during first setup after clean install, otherwise you will lose TWRP and you need to reinstall it again)
- Flash the latest magisk (optional) after make one reboot
- When system is booted, reboot to TWRP and flash gapps (optional)
- Reboot and check apps permissions (!!!) (Google Play Service, all Google apps and services, Phone, Phone services, Camera, Contacts, Message, etc...)
- Enjoy (as much as currently possible)
