Aaaaannd.. black screen bug is still here.
How to reproduce:- play anything in vlc...lock your device without pausing the playback.. unlock via fp scanner. Notification panel will go black. Animations will start glitching too. (Happens randomly.. can't check the frequency yet )
Whose fault it is :- Google's.. even pixel devices are facing the same.
Lets hope they fix it over time.
Ignoring all this.
The One thing that I can say clearly say is.. This is by far the smoothest and most stable a12 rom out there for poco x3.

Bubbled SMS from Textra app.
After reading it, hit the manage button to dismiss the bubble. It minimises instead of showing a prompt to dismiss.
Tried several times, no success. Got to the Textra App properties to dismiss the bubble.

Just installed this after a year on lineage. I can see a few mentions of call recording being native to this rom, but I can't see any option for it in call settings.
I'm using 12.0 in the UK. Wonder if its getting blocked by location, or was it removed since 11.0.

Actually bubbles have not been reliable on Android..
And its actually android's issue.
I'm actually using Google's dialer.. but I guess it was available on stock one too.
Try changing region settings if you can.
Yeah, I know the behavior in 11 was not consistent app to app. I could hit manage screen to dismiss the bubble and now, no.
I can see the recorder on the android 11 rom, but as soon as i switch to 12...no more recording. I was going to use 11 anyway for ANX, but getting a stable boot with magisk is proving to be time consuming.

Make sure you're running twrp by brigudav..
Flash eu 12.5.1 before flashing nos..
Then flash nos on top of it..
Wipe cache dalvik..
Format data.. reboot1 -

Install firmware from https://sourceforge.net/projects/nitrogen-project/files/surya/10.0/firmware+vendor/surya_firmware_vendor-Global_V12.0.3.0.QJGMIXM_e2c7ace186_10.0.zip/download
Copy the ROM, Gapps to SD card. (Android 11 Micro-SD, because TWRP doesn't support decrypting)
- Go to your recovery
- Format Data
- Install ROM and Gapps zip.
- Reboot - 1st boot takes around 5-10 minutes.

It's not "spamming" it's updating, pretty common for anyone who regularly uses tech forums. I've got ArrowOS flashed just fine, it's only NitrogenOS I'm having issues with. You could also stop the "spamming" by providing basic instructions, or answering a single question in this thread, or structuring your current instructions in such a way that they work in the order described, or have your links lead to the correct files. Anything like that would help stop what must be such a massive inconvenience when people ask a question. Or you could just continue to leave it as obscure as possible and minimize the amount of users, making all of your extremely hard work completely useless.4That's what I'm saying for some time. We need step by step instruction on how to safely update to new vendor. So far there is none, people are confused, make installation errors and get frustrated. I'm asking again is there at least one person who managed to upgrade to new vendor without loosing phone data and settings? If no, is there at least one person that managed to upgrade but lost all data. Can that person provide instruction what files, from where, in which order to install?
