I came from an encrypted rom, and flashed this, it doesn't boot up, I am forced to format data, lost everything..photos...etc😥😥
Taking a backup is the first step before installing any Rom. And if the device is encrypted then format data is mandatory while switching from A10 to A11 as encryption type is changing

Very true, this is Poco F1, with an external storage slot. One should make use of this increasingly rare feature and backup to sd card, always. Otherwise, less convenient, at least backup to pc or usb drive.

I have a brick that my device only works roms with Android 8.1, if I flash any firmware above it at boot time it appears the POCO logo and dies in Fastboot, I have not tried to do with Android 11 the firmware is inside the file? don't need to flash it separately before flashing the rom?

this rom is very good if u r looking for a battery life. overall performance is good, games are smooth, a little doubt about the speaker volume. All functions including face unlocking working good. Great work. Appreciated it. Expecting more updates.

Is anyone experiencing issue with brightness. I enable auto brightness and set minimum brightness to 25%, but after i reboot the phone, the minimum brightness will be set to 0% which makes phone display very dim.

Fast charging is not working, intially I thought my charger or cable having some problems so bought new one but same issues. Any one can confirm if fast charging is working for them.

Second thing, volte icon remains same for vowifi also. Is it by design or I'm missing something here.

Hello, I've been used since yesterday and I find it very good, thanks you for adding support for our device!

However, I found little issues on the fluid settings:

- (Themes tab) Lockscreen clock style won't change on the preview, I like the preview mode to see the changes, but in this case it doesn't work, it always shows you the default digital clock, even if you select the analogical clock.

- (QS Tab) I can't modify quick settings sliders, If I put for example 2 rows (landscape), after going back it will be restored.

Also, on lockscreen it appears one alarm like If I have it enabled, but I don't have any enabled. Actually, I removed all alarms to see if that solves the issue, but It didn't. I'm using default clock.

I think for those issues it's not necessary logcats, but I can make one if you think they could be useful.

Anyway, those little issues aren't anything against the great work you did, thanks you guys!

I have a question dear developer, why don't you add the media controls inside the QS panel ? Or at least give the option inside the configuration? Thanks in advance

I've just tried installing last night, i can say this is a cool project you are doing! UI is so good and clean!

bugs: i'm on the latest build clean flashed GAPPED version, but it seems i'm having the slow charging issue as well, any thoughts on how to fix this?

charging right now: 10hrs until full :( i'm on stock kernel as well.
logcat

update: i've tried the vanilla version as well) but still slowly charging :( maybe i'm doing something wrong, please help.

steps in flashing:
1. Wipe Data,Cache,System,Internal storage
2. Flash 12.0.30.0 firmware for POCO F1
3. Flash Fluid rom
4. Flash Gapps (optional)
5. reboot to system

i've tried 3 different roms now crDroid, XSM and Fluid and slow charging in all of them :(
