Surely hope you backed up your persist prior to messing with anything. They are device specific.I know this is probably not the cause, but I ended up going back to stock oxygen after this rom, and I think my persist is broken. When I first booted up the rom, fingerprint icon stuck on screen and wouldn't register my finger. Them when going back to oxygen, it said dialed to register. Is there any chance the rom did it or did I somehow mess up the persist img?
Luckily if he knows how to use Google there's a super easy fix even if you didn't back up your original persist. Although I feel like the first half of that statement runs true for about everything.Surely hope you backed up your persist prior to messing with anything. They are device specific.
Unfortunately the one time I broke persist . Msm did not fix . Had to pull backup from cloud and flash in fastboot. Glad I took prior measures and backed up to prior to messing with device.Nope. We don't touch it. You need to go back to stock via msmtool I guess.
Flashing this ROM was successful, however trying to flash opengapps you linked resulted in the error "Insufficient storage space available in system partition" and the Gapps refused to flash.
04.04.2021 Update !!!
New build guys:
Download aicp_instantnoodle_r-16.1-WEEKLY-20210404.zip from HERE.
Changelog: link HERE.
-- There is no GAPPS in the ROM.zip.
Download GAPPS from:
MindTheGapps or OpenGapps Android 11 Nano
How to install:
1. Go to recovery. Format data if you want to flash clean.
2. Apply Update from ADB
3. then adb sideload aicp_instantnoodle_r-16.1-WEEKLY-20210404.zip
4. Reboot to recovery
5. Flash Gapps via adb sideload GAPPS.zip
** İmportant: Android Auto fails to connect with OpenGapps. All good with MindTheGapps
** There is no DevicePersonalization app in these - if you want, I can provide a modified GAPPS package
6. If you want to switch in between GAPPS packages, just flash other GAPPS package on the new flash. Clean flash isn't trivial, but recommended....
*** Next flashes can go through Updater or adb sideload.
** If you flash via Updater, backup tool will handle your gapps - no need to reflash them again.
** GAPPS need to be flashed on every update if you flash via adb sideload. Flash them as it is described above.
What's new?
** Stock vibration patterns are back
** App Lock from AOSP-A
** Neutrino Kernel updated to 4.19.183
** and many more....
All feedbacks are appreciated, as always.

Just to be sure... After flashing the ROM via adb sideload. You rebooted to recovery before flashing the gapps package, right?Flashing this ROM was successful, however trying to flash opengapps you linked resulted in the error "Insufficient storage space available in system partition" and the Gapps refused to flash.
Trying to flash MindTheGapps resulted in pretty much the same error. Stating my system partition had no room for these Gapps. I didn't receive any errors like this flashing previous builds, any idea whats going on?
Edit: ROM failed to boot without Gapps and sent me to CrashDump. Attempted a clean flash with all the same issues.
No? I was in aicp recovery and chose ADB sideload, and sideloaded the ROM. Then after that had successfully completed I immediately tried to flash the Gapps. Same process I've used for previous versions and other ROMs that don't have bundled Gapps. However I am seeing that is the way you recommended in your instructions.Just to be sure... After flashing the ROM via adb sideload. You rebooted to recovery before flashing the gapps package, right?
Flash ROM via adb sideload . Once it finishes reboot to recovery. Flash gapps via adb sideload. Then reboot to system when it's done. No? However still, I tried to format data and reflash the ROM, and then boot to system without flashing ANY gapps, and I got CrashDump screen.
Does this new build provide the patches needed for 5G on the Verizon variant? Kinda want to try this out...New build guys

Thanks for your kind words.Made the jump to aicp, loving everything so far.
Is it possible that in the future the status bar clock position will be fixed (choosing right removes clock from status bar & no option for middle.
Thanks for your work dev
Almost every custom ROM for OP8 has center clock option, just wanted to ask. No complaints & thanks again for your workThanks for your kind words.
Was this right after the initial setup? Did you reboot right after initial setup? Center clock is not available for notched/camera hole devices due to statusbar space limitations. But left/right should work fine.
Am I missing something? I cant change the displays refresh rate on this official build anywhere. It's stuck at 60.Great new Guys....
Official builds are building right now...
You can go and grab the build from https://dwnld.aicp-rom.com/ when it's ready (in a few hours I guess).
** İf you are on any of my previous builds, you'll be notified by Updater. Just flash it.
** You can flash in recovery via adb sideload. First download our ROM + GAPPS (MindTheGapps are recommended). Then go to recovery, format data (it will format your internal as well). Then
adb sideload ROM.zip -> reboot to recovery -> adb sideload GAPPS.zip -> reboot to system.
