Any willow users here? Could someone please tell me how I can enable NFC on willow(8T),I have followed every steps as the instruction shows, but end up with no NFC option inside my settings.I have tried several twrp include the one which can flash willow fw images : https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=4349826312261648975,but still it dont work at all,are there some steps missing?please answer me,thanks

I don't understand your problem. I have a Willow (Note 8T) and have no problem activating the NFC, which was recognized without doing anything:

Maybe you have a hardware problem?

Thanks for this information :) I wanted to re-format everything and install a recent version so that I could once again make updates in "dirty flash" mode. That chills me.

Because even if I don't use Google Pay (Google already knows too much about me), I guess other banking apps react the same?

Anyway, while until February 13th, I found this ROM to be great, the best for our Note8[T]. But the latest updates are going wild. I think I will change the OS. Are there others who don't have all these faults?

My screen turns off (Goes Black) randomly when Im using Youtube or Playing Mobile Legends. Then after how many seconds the screen turns on.
Please Fix. By the way.
Thank you for this wonderful ROM.

Yes, do not flash ginko FW, Android 10 FW should work with this ROM.
I have this ROM version 02.27. All functions are working, I get a random reboot every other day that may be FW/HW related since that happened to me before with other ROMs, even EU versions.
Camera and NFC works OK.

I don't know if the OP reads what people write here or not but I'll try... What do you think about adding 2 features:

1. Vibrosignal when the man you're calling picks up the phone? That wbould be nice if this option is enable.

2. NFC. You can enable NFC even without unblocking the screen. How's that possible? You can't enable Wi-Fi without unblocking the screen, but you can enable NFC. It's understandable that you can enable the flashlight without unblocking and it's good and should be this way...but not NFC. Someone can steal your phone and use NFC easily due to that bug.

Thanks for understanding. I wrote to the devs of ARROWOS 11 about NFC but the letter hasn't been answered until now.

    Be sure to include logcat: check how to

    * MiuiCamera and XiaomiParts included
    * QuicksilveR kernel v2.5 (latest) included
    * Latest Android 11 firmware required
    * Encryption is enabled by default
    * SELinux is enforcing and SafetyNet passes
    * Ginkgo builds are unified for both ginkgo and willow.

    Tip: Choose Arrow version -> Official, choose build type "GAPPS" or "VANILLA" to download.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Clean flash (coming from a different ROM or arrow-11.0/12.0):
    • Download ROM from below
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Wipe data, cache, dalvik cache
    • Flash latest android-11 firmware (Ginkgo | Willow)
    • Flash ROM zip
    • Format data (if encrypted)
    • Reboot and voila!
    • To get root access, reboot to recovery after ROM setup and flash Magisk.
    Updating to a newer build (dirty flash):
    Use the built-in OTA updater, or
    • Reboot to recovery
    • Wipe cache and dalvik cache
    • Flash ROM zip
    • Flash firmware update if required
    • Reboot and voila!

    If anyone is interested, i have builded ArrowOS 11 (Gapps and Vanilla) for those dont like to move to ArrowOS 12.x for whatever reason, with latest source they've merged into arrow-11.0 branch like Feb 2022 security patch and other fixes you can found here , plus i have updated your MIUI vendor blobs to V12.5.2.0.RCOMIXM with a upstreamed QS 2.5 kernel to 4.14.275.

    Upgrading from ArrowOS 11
    - Boot into recovery
    - Wipe system, vendor, cache, dalvik, data
    - Flash latest android 11 firmware (Ginkgo | Willow)
    - Flash ROM zip
    - Format data (if encrypted)
    - To disable auto encryption, flash DFE (optional)
    - To get root access, flash Magisk (optional)
    - Reboot and voila!

    What's working?

    Stop begging for Pixel-specific features, this is purely an AOSP ROM.
    Danny Lin (kdrag0n)'s custom monet theming engine is included.
    ROM will be updated on a weekly basis or when a critical bug fix is available.
