How are you recording logs? I want to record them too.

I was using MatLog app, it has the Record to file option, though I am not yet sure if that would do the trick. Like, what if the file won't get updated because the phone froze? Tried to test it but no luck (ironically) so far.

There, I had the freeze again. I have the time but I was not recording logs (any recommended logcat app?).
Power button was responsive,the screen was frozen at a certain time an hour and a half ago and most importantly the top notification bar was double, as if it were another one superimposed.
When long pressing the power button, I felt the haptic feedback of the power menu so it was there but the display was hung.

Also had freezes exactly like you've described it. The phone either does this, or completely locks up and won't light up the screen.

Last night I was using the phone and it started ignoring the WLAN it was connected to, switching to another one of mine. Successive scannings showed nothing, as if the AP was dead, but it wasn't.

Every update clearly says "From now on this phone will only be maintained with Sec. Patches".
Does that mean no bug fixes?

I caught the lock up bug when recording a log. It's attached.
I left the phone charging when taking a nap. Last time it happened two days ago, the phone wasn't charging but also not in use.

I am in no way knowledgeable in how to interpret the logs and do not see anything super obvious, but I noticed that somewhere around 01-14 16:07 we start getting errors like this:

01-14 16:07:12.152 I/ ( 0): Resume caused by misconfigured IRQ 657 glink-native
01-14 16:07:14.975 E/dpm_run_callback()( 0): platform_pm_suspend+0x0/0x60 returns -16
01-14 16:07:14.975 E/PM ( 0): Device alarmtimer failed to suspend: error -16

And the log after that point gets kinda repetitive, shows no activity of regular apps like before 16:07 up until 01-14 16:32:32.839 when the log ends. I may be wrong tho and the last entry may be the moment when the phone actually froze and failed to record anything.

I have a new idea - I've connected the phone to my pc and running logcat via ADB, so I have real time logs without accessing the phone. If it freezes again or does anything funky it might show something interesting.

Camera not working after the last update... Says can't connect to camera... Nor anx camera or gcam works... Any idea?

GCams, both BCG and Urnyx05, are working fine here. But had to be re-installed after flashing the ROM.

Yep, the error was in the anxcamera module, which is no longer working.

It was the only thing that was making me stay in crdroid... Time to move to android 12 I guess.

Not using A12 here so far. But AFAIK Anx doesn't work with A12 at all.

Which camera are you talking about? Maybe it needs to be set as standard. I'm only using GCam as standard and that works fine with all these apps.

Hum, I just tried with Gcam as default (as I can't get anx to work anymore) still a black picture when using the camera on those apps (maybe some others but haven't tried yet)
Maybe I'm the only one with this issue!

ANXcamera problem. Disable the modules at magisk.
By the way, I just upgraded to android 12 crdroid with no problems whatsoever. Awesome work by the developer.

Regarding the random freeze when sleeping problem, I found that using DND mode instead of silencing sounds has my phone hang-free since that usage change many days ago.
Perhaps something related to silent mode?
