sounds weird but have you tried to turn it off and on again?
I had similar issues and could not (re)edit app permissions, edit permissions after first app start or scroll in that permission manager tab under settings>apps&notifications. It seemed like freezes and there were no reactions after touching permissions. After rebooting the device everything was fine and the issues never came back.

It seems like a problem of security or encryption problem, and it only happens in permissions, or installing apk's, in specific menus, it's like it's frozen and I only can go back, I mean, that's why I think it's a problem of excessive privacy... I can't grant new permissions when apps ask me for them...

Those apps still detect an opened bootloader even if the device is not rooted.

Yea, that's what I thought also. I just went ahead and flashed magisk anyway. But some of my apps still, even when included in magiskhide, can detect that I'm rooted. Any ideas how to fix it?

I've switched from Xiaomi.eu as well but few things bothers me:
-cannot unlock phone using finger print when screen is off (i've set it in settings to do so)
-Fast charge isn't working
-Camera app is very limited (it has so little options and quality is medium, even tried google cam but not working properly)

Didn't tested all the things as i didn't set my work environment (like company apps as i have company simcard as a 2nd one)

What i like the most is batterylife, on xiaomi.eu i was loosing like 20% for 1-2hours with not so much usage, on this one it's about 3-4% only which should be.

Basically great ROM but need some upgrades still

Problem solved, it was a screen issue, I don't know, if it was deactivating d2w (double tap to wake) or night screen filter, dc dimming or something like that, but it was a problem of of screen superposing, I started to change things in crdroid menu related to screen and in screen menu and the problem is gone.

finally found out what the problem was and I feel very dumb for not figuring it out sooner.

My phone came with a feature in settings called "Eyebrow Mode" which dims the screen and can change the color temperature.





If I have the blue filter on, everything works just fine, but if I have any of the "More mode" options on, then it will draw over my screen and not allow me to tap allow or turn on accessibility services.

However, I still like to have my screen dim at night, so I installed a screen dimming app.
I just have to temporarily turn it off when I need to tap allow, but I am still looking for a better, more permanent solution.

Btw, screen fod is very bad and it fails a lot, but I don't mind. Rom is very good.

D2W means double tap to wake. You can find it in: Sttings > Display > Tap to wake. IIRC = If I remember correctly.

As for charging, so far I haven't tested type-c to type-c power bricks since I only have the 18W (Type-A port) from the box and the 27W turbocharger (also type-A) from xiaomi. Only cables have been a problem for me since aosp ROMs don't fast charge with third-party cables.

Sadly had to switch back to xiaomi.eu ROM finally. Only one reason: fast charging doesn't work. Everything else was ok for me. But in the end I wanted this feature - I bought a few chargers especially for this.

No worries but fast charging should work fine - tested and no issues.

No, it simply states normal and slow charging, but no fast charging. I had issues since January with this. I'm simply not convinced that it "only" shows the wrong status info. I have to assume it is simply not working.

Anx Camera does not work. Says, it could not connect to Camera.

It's not a big deal since gcam and ultra cam can use all of the lenses and quality is much higher.
But, developer said he will fix that, I think.

Thanks for great Rom! I have just switched from CrDroid 6.13 and it's much faster! I have only two problems:
1. Taking photos from messenger or other aps is not working or crashes the app. So it's impossible to use Revolut as You have to make a photo from the app to unlock it.
2. The battery life is worse than on 6.13. It just drains the battery even if the screen is off. Do You think Greenify will do it's job on Android 11?

No worries but fast charging should work fine - tested and no issues.

Got a my new 100watt baseus charger today and tested fast charging. Everything is wirking for me too. Only Xiaomi 65w charger is charging with 10-12watt.

3 clean installs with 3 different types of nikgapps - setting up fingerprint fails every time about 2/3 of the way around the circle. Cleaned screen, washed hands, rebooted in between tries. Many, many attempts to set up.

Any ideas?

I noticed it since the first versions along time ago and I realized that the color of sensor light makes the difference. Try to change it to Green instead of Cian.

Fixed it by uninstalling the app and installing it again. Took me long enough to try it. Haha. Thanks still.

How can i get rid of magisk root?
I've installed modded magisk from 1st post and flashed it. Then come back to xiaomi.eu rom but phone is still showing as rooted (or rather not properly rooted in root checker app).
Installed magisk manager and see only SAR: YES, rest is NO.

Tried to flash magisk from their official site. Got properly rooted then installed safetynet fix 1.1.1 and uninstalled root using official uninstaller but phone still have SAR:Yes and GPay is not working. Which part should i wipe to fix it or how to do it?


EDIT:
As far i was able to find i would need to set as root the rootfs instead of system, BUT HOW?
Did another rom flash with wiping everything and still not fixed

You need:
- Magisk (current version is 22.1).
- Magisk Hide Props (download and install within Magisk).
- In Magisk settings activate 'MagiskHide'.
- Download 'SafetyNet Fix' (current version is 1.1.1), download from XDA.
- Install within Magisk from local storage.

Then everything should be fine.
