This one has a theming engine and a style to choose colours which I find very clever and handy. It's fun for me to play with. :)(y). I need to say, this rom is style and performance on its own level. Give it a shot.

FlamesGapps;
not tested, don't care, but certified with magisk;
latest a11 Chinese weekly.

My flashing routine:
Wipe data, system, vendor, cache, dalvik;
Erase Data, reboot recovery;
Flash firmware, ROM, Gapps, DFE (optional for disabling encryption);
Reboot once to system and either start setting up droid
Or (optional)
Reboot to recovery (I'm using latest official twrp) and flash magisk, reboot system and start setting up.

Cheers

HI!
I am starting with my RN8, I have MIUI Global Version 12.0.4 (stable) QCOMIXM (MEXICO)

So I ask for help from you with many things, I come from Samsung and this is totally different.

FIRST. Is the Firmware that I currently have the correct one? If not, tell me which is the best and provide a link to download, because there are many pages and all very confusing.

SECOND. How do I install the latest stable twrp? Please if you can provide a link I will be very grateful

THIRD. What basic Gapps do I use to make everything related to google work)

BEDROOM. What zip file should I use to disable encryption (please provide a link)

In advance I appreciate all the possible help, and I hope your understanding.

First: latest a11 Chinese beta firmware, thread includes the necessary infos

Second: i suggest to first flash twrp via fastboot, then flash orangefox as it's the most suggested actually through it

Third: there's a gapps build for this rom, anyway I used vanilla with flamegapps

Last: disable force encryption, short: dfe, zip is attached

This should work (y)

Hi there! :)

First I have to congrats to the development team, I absolutely love this ROM, I tried most of the available ROMs for Ginkgo and this is by far the best one.

I only have one problem in the WiFi settings part, when I want to save one new WiFi the bottons below get hide, so you can't save the new WiFi, the solution I found is to enter the WiFi settings by the status bar icon and adding the new WiFi in the quick settings.

I want to thank all the team for this awesome project, congrats and greets.

    Tried this ROM and I like how they managed to simulate MIUI 12 UI yet I didn't like that there is not option to invert navbar nor to whitelist some apps from dark mode nor sunlightmode.
    As it's the first release of these rom so I'd suggest you to wait for features

    Hello. Has anyone been using the latest Stable Build of MIUI MIX? They say it is based on EU ROM but is more optimized and has better battery. I am on current stable EU 12 Stable ROM. Is MIUI MIX better?

    1
    My Battery life is with DotOS great. Now with 56% it lasts until 6 am tomorrow and now in germany it's 3.30 pm. But I had those great batterylife with other AOSP based ROMs too. If you want something special as for UI design then choose DotOS. You will have good batterylife with any stable ROM. I don't know how unstable ROMs impact battery life. I can really recommend DotOS. The design is much better than a normal AOSP in my opinion. I really like that design

    Good morning. To install DotOs I will need some firmware (70 mb file) from miui for everything to work properly ..? (FOD e.t.c.)
