Lol,OK then. A quick Google search would have answered this much faster for you,but sure I'll go ahead and simplify it for ya.
Unlocked bootloader=no
Nothing to do with the rom.

Edit:
You may be referencing the Netflix prop addition in the changelog. In which case I apologize for the snarky response.
The answer to this is no. The prop does nothing and will be removed. Was just to try. Forgot to test this before I pushed, but since have. Nothing.
Please do take a look at THIS post. I've always enjoyed rooting and trying new things but not being able to play stuff in HDR is a big disappointment. I've read that OP8 series had an update which allowed them to retain L1 even after unlocking bootloader. I've also read that it's against the DRM implementation but just wanted to confirm.

I was infact talking about the Netflix prop thing.
Thanks for the clarification.

It would be great if custom ROMs or a modded app would bring back the L1 certification 🤞🏻. Or we should ask the manufacturers to let us retain L1 status.

Used this ROM for about a week and many apps were crashing, system UI restarted randomly, dark theme isn't pitch black and there isn't an option to do so either... Battery life is quite decent tho. Will come back to this ROM later to see if it has been improved..

This is not an accurate description of the rom at all. I apologize that you had these issues, but I along with many others have no such problems. I haven't had an app crash or systemUI restart ever that I recall. There was an issue with biometrics related things on the last release that was quickly fixed and posted on here.
There are multiple dark themes within color bucket. In any case, perhaps this just isn't the rom for you.

This is the most suitable rom for daily use in OnePlus 7. However, the 5.6 version has the problem of switching languages. In addition, the screen will flicker when using fingerprints. When I try to unlock the phone the next day, pressing 0 will make the fingerprint light up. These problems are not found in PE rom, but the battery problem of PE rom is very serious. Hope to solve these problems in the next version. thank you,spookcity138.

Okk after facing some issues before, I decided to give Evo X another go and well so far it's the best Android 11 ROM for me.

So far only faced one bug, that is when I use the app locker feature and go to a locked app and use my fingerprint, even after exiting the app sometimes the fingerprint icon is still on the screen. For the face unlock in the app lock! Why can't it unlock automatically? Like you need to press face unlock then confirm to unlock...Also sometimes edge lighting doesn't work

Can you add smart pixels also?? One more thing when data usage in QS is enabled, can you only show the mobile data usage and not WiFi usage. I haven't tried it while using data but was just wondering. Overall great ROM

Well glad to hear that your experience with the rom has improved.
The app lock bug is known and Joey may just remove it altogether from source due to it. Not sure.
Smart pixels were removed due to issues. Also I can't add anything to source.
Not sure about data usage off hand sorry.

So I play call of duty mobile and in that you have your HUD which changes according to your smallest screen width. I always use 411 but when I updated my rom to latest 5.7 and I log onto the game, my HUD is completely changed. I hope y'all can understand my problem and can help

DO NOT FLASH GAPPS, ALREADY INCLUDED

    u5tIlfT.png

First Time Install / Clean Flash
    Prerequisites:
    1. Unlocked bootloader
    2. OOS 11.0.2.1 stable as the base ROM

    Steps to install:
    1. Copy the ROM zip and boot.img in the platform tools folder and open the command prompt or terminal.
    2. fastboot flash boot <recovery_filename>.img
here it will be: fastboot flash boot boot.img
    3. After flashing the boot image, press the volume down button on the phone twice and you will see "recovery mode" at the top of the screen. Now press power button.
    4. When in recovery mode, if you see "no command" screen, Press and hold power button for 3 seconds and press volume up once and release all buttons.
    5. In the recovery, select "wipe data/factory reset". select "factory data reset" and press the power button.
    6. After that, from the menu, select "apply update from ADB".
    7. In the terminal/command prompt, use this command to install the ROM: adb sideload <rom_zip_filename>.zip
    8. After finishing the flashing process, reboot to system

    NOTE:
The Rom can also be installed by dumping the payload.bin (after extracting from the zip) and flashing the 6 images in fastboot. This is how I install. I'm not gonna go over the details. Maybe when I've more time. Plenty of guides to show how to do this

    ROOT:
Patch the provided boot.img in magisk and flash via fastboot

    Update / Dirty Flash
To update the device by adb sideload:
    1. Copy the latest ROM zip in the platform tools folder and open the command prompt or terminal.
    2. Boot the device into recovery.
    3. When in recovery mode, if you see "no command" screen, Press and hold power button for 3 seconds and press volume up once and release all buttons.
    4. After that, from the menu, select "apply update from ADB".
    5. In the terminal/command prompt, use this command to install the ROM: adb sideload <rom_zip_filename>.zip
    6. After finishing the flashing process, reboot to system

    NOTE:
Updates can also be performed by fastbooting the 6 images after dumping the payload
