Does this ROM support OTA updates? When new versions are released, will I get it as OTA or will I have to install it using recovery mode?

V3 was over recovery

When asked password to decrypt the first time (secure startup), it just bootloop without giving a chance to enter password.

Can confirm dirty flashing off of Havoc OS 3.12 works. Flash Nikgaps and the ROM and you should be good to go.
No real bugs to reported.
It generally needs to be optimized a bit more because it's not as smooth and efficient as previous releases, but it's to be expected since this ROM is still in it's infancy.
