-Hi @theimpulson, thank you very much for the implementation of high speed MicroSD adoptable storage.

View attachment 5425647What a great news...

Query, by chance you have to perform some type of additional procedure, such as making a mount or it is not necessary.

how about this great news @warchild98, @gouthamram.
Not worth it since data corruption might occur. Btw, I'm using an 128GB SD card. I am storing most of my data on this SD card tho. But still, the latest update improved performance a little bit. I don't use adoptable storage since I don't need this feature.

Hello thank you for, finally bring the Official LOS to DRG Nokia 6.1+ ! I have some bug with the first build, is a minor one (some not so minor) but i hope it's easy enough to included a fix in the next build.

- Battery stats not working, it just show "Battery data isn't available."
- Microphone in call is not working (need inspect a bit more) one time i got call they can't hear my voice. Microphone outside call worked fine as recording app. I suspect this tied with OK Google feature since i remember back in some ROM disabled this feature make the mic working.

Are we getting lineage 19 ?
Work on it has just started. I will wait till the ROM source is ready to be built without any issues. Oh but we will, it is possible for sure.

Hi @theimpulson, I tell you that I have been using your version of android 11 (LineageOS 18.1) for more than two months, the performance reminds me of the manufacturer's android 8, really spectacular.
I never thought that in android 11 it would have the similar performance in the call of duty mobile game when I was using that version of the manufacturer at that time, this shows that by optimizing an android version very well, the device can regain its performance with the version that came from the factory (at that time, android 8).
It is incredible how poorly optimized the manufacturer's version of android 10 was (latest version, in which I had the opportunity to try the latest update, leaving the performance in nothing, a really poor and disappointing performance) on this device.
-Apart from the bad experience of android 10 by the manufacturer, I have to congratulate you again for the really incredible work @theimpulson for giving a new life to this device in question, in a nutshell friend, you are a great programmer :D. Thank you very much again for continuing to give life to this device, you can see the great effort that you have put into the Nokia 6.1 (2018) to achieve excellent performance in a device that has been on the market for some time.
-Related to the errors that I have found, the only problem that has been presented to me is the screen recorder that stopped recording the internal audio (problem that I notified in GitLab), hopefully it will be solved in this update that will come out in a few more hours .
-By how the situation looks, it is possible that the device performs very well the version of android 12 and even up to version 13, although if said version requests more ram, it is possible to migrate to versions in GO edition and with This maybe the device can support up to 3 more versions.

Excuse me @theimpulson for my English again, it's not very good :(

Hello, since the last update the device has improved in performance and the good thing is that the Wi-Fi screen sharing is finally working, in relation to the sensors, they did not fail me again, so I investigated, it was related to what Some applications generated the blocking of some sensors, why this occurs in Android 11, in reality, I would not know how to answer this, but it seems this problem is not happening, I had generated a logcat and I did not see anything strange in the sensors It was seen that they worked without any problem although they did not work (it may be due to this theory already mentioned).
-In relation to the increase in memory by high-performance MicroSD, hopefully it can be successful in its implementation and that it does not have problems with the CTS that had been given in android 10.
-In relation to screen sharing, a small improvement implementation will be possible so that the screen can be transmitted at 60 fps (in the current state it is seen with several jerks, although the device does not look slow as in android 10 from the manufacturer) .

-Excuse my quality of English, it is not so good :/.

Thank you very much @theimpulson for continuing to support this device and with each update the performance for this system improves more and more for this device.

-I would be very grateful for your prompt response @theimpulson.

Hi, how about @warchild98 how has LineageOS 18.1 been working for you ?.

In my case it has been working super well for me, although the google system still tells me that the device is not certified and I want to avoid installing a super user at all costs, the certified device has worked for you without having to use magisk.
-Since in my case I have installed this version of android for more than a month and with all the updates it still indicates a non-certified device or at least that I have to reinstall the Google Apps pack.
I would be very grateful for your prompt reply @warchild98

Sorry for my quality of English :/.
First of all, right after you flash the rom..DO NOT FLASH GAPPS yet. Do your first time setup without gapps.
After you do that, reboot into recovery, flash gapps and factory reset your device (this way you avoid android setup wizard force close message). After this, reboot and do your first time setup. Next, flash latest magisk and install magisk hide props right away (don't forget to tick the option with hide from various detections). Reboot, then open your terminal app and set your fringer print. Reboot again and enjoy your certified device status in playstore.
Or you can skip installing magisk and see if it works this way.
As for me...I can only get "certified device" status in playstore by flashing magisk and setting device fingerprint.
Don't know why, but it only works with this.
I don't mind having magisk installed, in fact. I use it anyways.
These are the steps I took. I hope it works for ya

Well..I just upgraded from 17.1 to 18.1 and all I can say is: This rom rocks!
This is actually better than 17.1, especially the perfomance, battery life and camera quality (even tho I use Google Camera app from playstore).
I really like the recent apps UI, it looks great and the fact that you can screenshot apps individualy makes it even better.
    I'm impressed.
    Gotta test it more
