thnx to @keyoke87 @IronSingh and @TheSecretC for their generous donations !!
thnx to @Ayrton990

I came MIUI 12.6 21.7.14
Got some trouble with the TWRP 3.5 from the main page.
Then after solving the NikGapps storage full error, bootlooped.

What worked for me on my Poco F2 Pro (lmi) 8/256 was to flash;

1. fastboot flashed: twrp-3.4.2b-1206-K30Pro-wzsx150.img

2. Wipe (I did Data but also Cache, Dalvik and Internal Storage because I was about to flash a FULL firmware next), reboot to recovery

3. Flash FULL firmware: miui_LMIGlobal_V12.2.6.0.RJKMIXM_adf30da33a_11.0.zip

4. Reboot to Recovery, wipe data, reboot to recovery again.

5. Now flash ROM: crDroidAndroid-11.0-20210714-lmi-v7.8.zip, reboot to recovery

6. Now GApps; 03_FlameGApps-11.0-full-arm64-20210718.zip, boot system, setup device, on restore complete, I rebooted to Recovery.

7. Install Magisk 23 from Recovery, reboot to system, setup your root, root-hide and modules.

8. Stay on stock kernel or play with one of the 3 in the main page.

Profit.

Thanks for your great job!
And I notice that The Quantic Kernel has an option to overclock the panel framerate as 66hz/69hz/72hz/77hz
So, could you add an option in system setting to change the panel framerate?
Of course, there should be a statement and warning. :)

Works with TWRP 3.5 as well. I had the same problem as you. Tried multiple gapps but failed until I tried Flamegapps full.

I've notice with Franco Kernel Manager or SmartPack-Kernel, the minimum frequency for the Litltle CPU can't go down below 1708Mhz.
It's not normal if I don't mistake

I have cleaned flashed 7.8 a few times now, and was eager to use it as a daily driver.

However, I have encountered a few issues;

One of two android setting apps will occasionally crash.
The colours seems oversaturated.
The brightness is too low for daylight conditions.
At night the minimum brightness is too high.
I have tried 3 different kernels, build.prop edits, various tweaks and seeings to find a way past the brightness and oversaturation of colours.

In any case I could live with those issues to an extent.

The settings apps that crash however, even after multiple clean flashes, following instructions from OP and then that of the most recent build's post and then asking in the TG group, are just something I can't consider stable at this stage.

I had several years on CrDroid with my Redmi Note 4X (mido).
And looked at CrDroid for stability.

I am saddened to be leaving but hope to be part of the CrDroid community again, take care everyone, happy flashing and big thanks to the devs!

Try this:

fastboot.exe boot twrp-3.4.2b-1206.img
format data, reboot twrp
flash miui_LMIGlobal_V12.2.6.0.RJKMIXM_adf30da33a_11.0.zip (3.1Go)
flash crDroid rom
wipe cache/dalvik cache
flash FlameGApps-11.0-basic-arm64-20210626.zip
wipe cache/dalvik cache
boot into the system
done!

I have tried;
STABLE xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK30Pro_V12.5.2.0.RJKCNXM_v12-11
WEEKLY xiaomi.eu_multi_HMK30Pro_21.7.21_v12-11
ArrowOS Official GAPPS build 2021-07-23

While the Xiaomi.eu Stable is good for a daily driver they take way too long to push updates for simple things, not their fault, however.
Weekly on the other hand has had some of the best battery life I've seen since spending time kernel tweaking on ArrowOS earlier this year, plus the Weeklies are always cutting, edge, smooth and beautiful.

ArrowOS was a default for me since it used to be excellent but I haven't seen any XDA by the maintainer/dev on the XDA page since January and ArrowOS doesn't have a specific group/channel on Telegram or similar for example for the Poco F2 Pro.
Additionally, if trying out new kernels you need to pay closer attention on ArrowOS, not only because of the lack of update information on recent builds by the maintainer/dev but also because in some Telegram users have reported of issues where certain kernels from the main XDA LMI Kernels, ROMs page, were in fact quit troublesome to install, causing fastboot loops and recovery loops.
Seems rare, and may be related to experience but I'd prefer a bit more stability.

Ideally flashing: LMIGlobal_V12.2.6.0.RJKMIXM firmware, formatting data and then flashing CrDroid 7.8 for lmi with OpenGApps PICO was my only solution.
Magisk Canary gives me the least of issues for root and hiding it.
For kernels you have Quantic, Nexus and Hiira.

Thank you!

I'll be adding it to my flashing notes.
After my last reflash, things seem fine for now but I'm on OpenGApps PICO, setup and restore went fine with no issues and Migrate backup restores went well.

In the even I encounter any issues I'll follow your method.
Would like to do it now since you've simplified the process nicely but I'm trying to make CrDroid my daily driver and I guess the issues I'm having are more so from errors possibly being made after coming back to flashing lmi after flashing mido's and iPhones.

Having FOD issues with this build. Screen gets darker instead of lighter, so the sensor cannot read my fingerprint. Also, despite pocket detection being switched off in the settings, I can still hold my hand over the proximity sensor to disable input. This is causing huge battery drain.

Going to make a new build because FOD implement isn't ok after upgrading kernel, it has some unlock problems on low brightness - will update soon here...

EDIT : I noticed the appreciation for the builds get weaker...even on MI9 they still show more enthusiasm lol. No problem for me but this will affect releases in future and possible EOL. Just saying...

Is it because of the latest changes in these screenshots?

I had similar issues when flashing 7.8 for the first time because I didn't properly clean flash.
