Hi, I'm having trouble with the fingerprint sensor. While it works to unlock the phone, it is not recognized by any of the apps.
To reproduce: install the "FingerPrint Sensor Test" app (Google Play). App will crash due to the following exception:

Has anyone been able to get Nanodroid working with this rom?
I've tried it a couple of times but didn't manage to get it working succesfully...

I'm gonna try installing the rom in a few days and install it through magisk with the latest build. Have you tried both system and magisk with the latest 23.0 build?
I've tried it a couple of times with 22.9 stable and also 22.9/22.91 beta, but no success...both system and also magisk.
So, after these failed attempts I leave this job to someone else

For now I use for 4 or 5 days and the only thing that happen to me is sometimes the phone won't wake up from sleeping. need to press a lot of times the power buttom.
And sometimes it freezes ad the fingerprint won't work on apps neither the gps.

I need help. I flashed by the instructions, latest firmware, latest ROM, latest twrp from the folder. Wiped data\system\cache from advanced.
When trying to boot into system I get: No OS installed, are yousure you want to reboot?

Did you flash firmware + rom and wiped data/system/cache after that?
Sorry, I haven't had the time, but I'll try soon with the new crdroid build coming today.

Does anyone can upgrade? Mine download the file but when try to install received error from instalation
Same, problem, it wouldn't install. So I downloaded manually
Flashed the ROM and No-verity-treble and it never boots...
Tried mixing wiping option, Magisk, firmware...
What did I missed ?
Also, is there a real issue about not disabling the pin code before upgrading? as I am not encrypted... (No-verity-treble)

And it has the same problem, since all ROM's presumably have a similar mother I am including two logcats from each so you guys can have a look and see what's the difference is. I hope they are OK since they are way above my paygrade

No Data Access on the network provider but wifi working fine.

Access Point Names the option Internet is not enabled.
I have never experienced this before probably because I was using stock and xXx and did not flash any custom builds until A11 came to be.
YAAP is the only custom build that has this enabled on first install. I do not think its mentioned anywhere in setup/first flash instructions or maybe it's only something that is affected by my Network provider, mind you it was no issue with YAAP.
Anyhow data is working fine Now. Sorry for giving you irrelevant logs.

GMS issues !?
I wonder if someone else noticed, I think it started from around the previous update, YouTube app started to FC.
I've tried rollbacking to previous YT version (from ApkMirror) and it's complaining that "YouTube will not work without Google Play Services which are not supported on your device" !?
I did further tests, wiping the phone and installing older NikGapps, newer, core, basic, full ...
What I see is that YT only works with Vanced version (flashed with GApps, because separately it gives exact same error), maybe because as system app it succeeds where as user app it fails ?!
Also If you let PlayStore update YT it will stop working, seems like newer version of YT won't even bother showing the error message and will just FC.
It was working just fine all the time since first crDroid 7.x release.
I wonder if something is missing in device config that triggers this rejection. Oddly, I didn't encounter yet any other Google app (and I'm using almost all of them daily ) claiming that GMS is not supported on the device.
P.S.
