I don't know why, but my message app is draining too much battery, it's not even open. Every night I sleep with almost 60-70% battery, but wake up to 15-20%
Please help.

I fixed it, it was just the RCS feature, if anyone having this issue, just turn it off.

RCS or Rich Communication Service is a feature like iMessage, you can see typing status, seen status, send pictures or videos etc. Go to message app, then settings>chat features>enable/disable chat features. But this consumes hell lot of battery right now.

Apart from Ok Google detection failure, This ROM is already near perfect, just turn off RCS to save battery, and you're good to go. And also, turn off "Prevent accidental wake up", as it caused some proximity sensor issues to me.

I'm still having issues with the Phone app and internal microphone. HD1907 on July 17 build rooted with magisk. Microphone works fine in voice recorder app. Google assistant has been disabled as well as the amplifier. Have already tried a factory reset with no changes.

I'm also having the same issue. Often taking my phone out to see emergency contacts have been called and the torch has been turned on. This is the only thing stopping me from running this as a daily driver.

I have "tap to wake" disabled, and yet a double tap will wake the screen. It seems this setting is ignored in this ROM.

I am using this rom for about a month now. Its a fantastic rom only thing that bothers me is very low earpiece volume on calls. Is there any fix for that?

Thank you so much for this. I just installed it and it is very good. You saved our phones from the declining OOS. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Update 9/30/21: WiFi was sketchy on this ROM, would randomly disconnect and stay disconnected, ditched it and been running Crdroid for the last month and a half. It's rock solid. Thanks anyway OP, I'm sure my problem was a one off.

Hello. Macro mode is exclusive for the Oxygen OS camera app. I believe, there is some other custom ROM the has the camera built in. I'm running DotOS with Gcam Mod camera and tried downloading the OOS camera but the Rom is not compatible somehow. I hope to answer your question.

You'll get updates through the OS. It's in Settings>System>Advanced>Software updates
