Chandu, if possible in the next release can we fix notification vibration and custom sound settings?

Currently custom sounds only works while the individual contact is open in messaging. Also, vibration mode via slider switch only semi works on notifications. There is a micro pulse when receiving a new message. The different vibration settings in setup has no effect upon messages.

Thanks for the great OS.

I really like this ROM, it has some very nice and useful features which are missing in PE and LOS. I like it.

Only thing I have to remark, does anybody else have a significant latency in bluetooth audio? I'm talking about 0.25 to 0.50 seconds or even more. Not that bad for music, but undesirable for calls and really bad for gaming. Tried changing BT codec in dev settings, without success. Also tried different headphones. With Qualcomm aptX, there should be a delay of 40ms max.

So i just tried to this rom yesterday, I had 2 problem with me now.
1. The always on display screen that i set will schedule but that still display out of that config?
2. The battery stand by drain so fast, from 2am to 7am while just stand by took 28%. May be cause of setting something when i just installed new rom? is it?

The Battery drain is probably caused by the kernel wakelocks. Let the kernel settle first or do this right away. Plug your phone into your pc and make sure that adb is installed. run this adb command without the ' ': 'adb shell cmd package bg-dexopt-job' on terminal. wait until 'success' pops up before you unplug your phone. This forces android to optimize your apps.

Btw, i think the aod schedule is not working. That is displayed even out of time.
And i read from evoX thread that if we change fingerprint color background to yellow, fod will be faster. Will we have an option to change fod background color?

The fingerprint color only needs to be changed on certain custom ROMs in my opinion. Havoc works good as is. EvoX and a few others which do allow the fp background color change seem to work much better when the color is changed to yellow like you mentioned. But a lot of ROMs don't need the color changed, they just seem to work fine with the default color.

Hope this helps you.

Even i did it. The battery drain still quite high i think.
In this screenshot, i got ~15% after more than 2 hours, just rarely check screen, didnt use

I lost about 20% after 8hour sleep, that's quite high, also higher than stock rom :(
You have a lot of apps running in the background. They don't let your phone go to doze mode. Better restrict those apps from running in the background and turn off wifi when you know that you're not gonna turn on your phone for a while

Will greenify help my issue?
I can't turn on wifi cause there is some emergency call in midnight. But this rom seem higher stand by battery usage than stock i think

How to update AICP via OTA preserve TWRP recovery and magisk root & magisk settings and modules

0. THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL!
Remove your PIN/pattern/password on your device.
(I have not tested with no removing password but latest twrp should manage encryption now, so if you are not removing password/PIN/pattern should be okay...However i have not tested yet. I recommend remove all password/PIN/patternbefore you are doing anything. But the choiche is yours...)

1. Make sure you have twrp installer .zip and magisk.zip on your internal storage.

2. Perform the OTA update. Once you see Reboot DO NOT reboot!! Open Magisk Manager.

3. On Magisk Manager go to modules and select Install from Storage. Select the twrp installer zip and flash it.

4. On Magisk Manager click on Install and select "Install to Inactive Slot (After OTA)" and select the magisk.zip and flash it.

5. Reboot your device. Once you have succesfully booted into the updated AICP reboot again into recovery. You should get TWRP recovery again, it means installer .zip has been succesfully applied. Now you can flash gapps and addons and whatever you want.

6. Reboot into system. Set it back your password/PIN/pattern.

7. Reboot AGAIN!!

8. Done

Ignore the AICP and replace with Havoc. :LOL:Does work.
