1. Download Havoc-OS Fastboot ROMinstaller ( These zip inciude both payload_dumper and fastboot_installer ) and extract zip in pc​

2. Copy the playload.bin file from Rom.zip file to payload_dumper >> payload_input folder​

3. Now Run payload_dumper.exe​

4. Wait for extractions​

5. After extracting completes, go to payload_output folder and copy all the images files to the fastboot_installer folder​

6. Now connect your device to pc​

7. Reboot your device into fastboot mode​

8. Now Run ROMinstaller.exe​

9. It's reboot your device into fastbootd mode​

10. Wait for all images flashing completes​

11. Now select recovery mode​

12. Do factory reset your device ( Not required if updating rom )​

13. If you want to use magisk then adb sideload < Zip Name>.zip via adb sideload ( optional )​

14. Reboot to System.​

it looks like if you ever turn on "screen off FOD" it makes always-on-display permanently stop working
also i don't think it's a problem with this rom specifically but if i change absolutely anything in build.prop the phone isn't able to boot past the bootloader unlocked screen. it wont turn on. so i reflash everything, but i can't change my build.prop

thats normal, it seems like fingerprint isnt working on custom roms anyways. just something i noticed.
any idea on what might be going wrong with build.prop edits?
seems like the 0.6x camera doesnt work EDIT: unless you go into the camera app settings and turn off ultra wide lens correction

Fingerprint in general is working with all roms and is quite fast.. If it doesn't work for you or seems buggy try different light color for fingerprint it makes it work. White, light yellow etc.

my apologies, i couldnt get it to work but it looks like my very last attempt got it right. I can't seem to find the option to change the fingerprint light color though

I'm currently on derpfest I think it's in the settings where you can select animation for fingerprint there's this thing called fingerprint pressed color I have it light yellow.. What worked at very last attempt? And no need to be formal.. We are all here to help each other..
