I have find solution. Windows 10 is installing driver for the device automatically. That make it unable to recognize qualcomm driver for the phone. I deleted oneplus bootloader driver, then force the windows to use qualcomm driver instead. After that, it work like a charm. Download the Qualcomm Driver from here and then it will show the Com Port. And the. When you're in the MSM Tool, select Others and then Select country and Enum and Start. Reboot your phone and press both the volume up and down key together. It will start the process or recovering your device. Hope it helps. Plus keep holding the keys until it starts, otherwise you'll keep rebooting.
