Palladium OS is not yet another ubiquitous os but a trendsetter of its own level. The Prime focus here

- Backup your personal data (Important)
- Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
- Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
- Wipe the System, Cache, Data and ART/Dalvik cache.
- Flash the ROM + Gapps Zip file.
- Reboot your device.

The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!

Install Palladium OS only with clean flash!

First installation (Clean flash):

1. Required to MIUI Q CN firmware part ( example V12.0.3.0.QEECNXM or 11.0.1.0.QEECNXM )
2. Use recovery.
3. Make FULL WIPE (system/vendor/data/dalvik/cache) and FORMAT DATA - YES.
4. Flash ROM (link in first post)
5. Flash gapps, if need for VANILLA buildtype
6. Reboot

If you're updating the ROM:

1. Download new build
2. Reboot in recovery
3. Make wipe cache and dalvik-cache
4. Flash build
5. Flash gapps, if need for VANILLA buildtype
6. Reboot

Hi, Just flashed it yesterday, it seems okay but I think I cannot find all features like in presentation of official ROM.
I know it is unofficial and would like to know if some features will come up later and maybe is it going to be official ?

I try to follow on telegram the discussion about official status but can you let us know here when you have some update about this ? I understood that the person in charge of "recruitment" was also the guy in charge of some 1.2 work and it seems to be almost ready for release so maybe you will have some answer to be official ?

Yessss! This is a sick ROM, runs beautifully. If I install magisk, will Google pay still work?
Also, is there any way to hide the nav bar without rooting? It would be nice for the ROM to include MIUIs gesture nav.

The ROM works perfectly fine and I don't see myself with another one anymore, but of course it will be needed soon if this is the only version. The ROM works perfectly fine, but it would be advisable for security the option to block the status bar, the power off and restart options when the device screen is locked, I am ready to wait for new updates, excellent work
