It's still a good solid smartphone. Do what it should. I think I'll replace the battery soon. Good luck with replacing the display.

Are you sure that you are on the latest TWRP? Can you install the latest TWRP in download mode and check if anything changes?
(By the way: Avoiding all caps makes your text more readable.)
can you enter download mode ?
power off then start phone with Vol- & Power keys pressed simultaneous should bring phone into download mode where you can choose Bootloader/Fastboot/Download as options.
what OS / recovery do you actually have and what have you done to enter in bootloop ? without detailed info as such no one can help you.
also stop using capitals (!) shouting mode ...

actually I changed the battery from a local repair shop but the person didn't put the volume down key in proper place so it was not working. Apart from that everything was ok. But when I restarted the phone, it was not booting up only showing a black screen and the phone was getting very hot. Then I see the phone in a dark place, I saw there is HTC logo is showing on the screen but it was dimming. In light I can't see it.
Then he fixed the volume button and the button is working properly but After trying so many times I manage to to go inside that white bootloader mode only. Nothing else.

Actually that does not sound very healthy. Please consider that overheating batteries can be quite dangerous.
If you are speaking of “white bootloader mode”, are you talking about this?

I had some more problems with random reboots these last days (in fact one right now). You asked me to provide a last_kmsg log, which was not in the /proc/ folder. But, if I understand it correctly, ramoops now provides kernel logs, so I copied the ramoops log after the last shut down.
I attach it here.
Having a short glimpse at it, it seems a mess and I am not sure if it is damaged somehow.
Let me know, if I can do something else.

Have you tried to temporarily boot into TWRP with adb platform tools? Like it is explained here: https://droidholic.com/install-twrp-recovery-via-fastboot-on-android/ ?
Thank you for your advice brother but when I type "adb devices" PowerShell do not recognize my phone. I think I have to "allow USB debugging" and how can I do that? Can you please tell me?
pmsg-ramoops is not usefull - have only user messages and in case of a power cycle that memory content is unusable.
Please sent file dmesg-ramoops and console-ramoops found in /sys/fs/pstore/ directory (console, dmesg, pmsg) after panic reboot - if any.

there was only the pmsg, when I wrote the last message. But there is a console-ramoops now, which I attach.
The phone had random reboot yesterday and got stuck in loading LineageOS. The file was fetched after first boot after that.
in such a case (no dmesg and unusable pmsg) it means that there was no kernel panic nor a reboot request that cause the reboot but a power cycle (!)
reboot due to power cycle is usually indicating a power supply defect.
the new console file is created once you clean boot successfully.
you can clean-up /sys/fs/pstore/ directory now and next time it occurs sent me those new files. I am still on 21.14 (last dec build) and haven't experienced such reboots.

BTW, as I experience this problem from time to time for a while now, I don’t reckon it has something to do with the latest build.
Installed this on my pme this morning, works flawlessly! Battery life is 20x better than stock rom, but still i might need to replace it because its completely doodoo. Still its a big improvement over the stock. Also there are small performance improvements, just barely noticeable. Well this phone was fast anyway. The UI just feels smoother and better than the stock one. Overall 10/10 score!

LineageOS is based on AOSP with contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. If needed you can install any GApps package available for R.
LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Instructions:
- make a FULL backup first from your actual system.
- before installing make sure you are running the latest stock Oreo from the latest HTC Sense.
- install as recovery the latest TWRP recovery 3.5.0_9-0 ( thanks @Captain_Throwback )
- if you are encrypted, - coming from stock Oreo - take a full backup of all your data, boot into TWRP and format data (the option which requires you to type "yes") and clean flash accordingly.
This is due to encryption changes. Do not skip this step or you will be locked out of your system by a password prompt. - after format /data you must reboot to recovery to be able to copy needed files to flash on /sdcard
- download the latest ROM zip and GApps (optional - if needed) from the downloads section below
- wipe system, cache, and data if coming from another AOSP based rom
- flash ROM zip in TWRP, add install more zip's and flash also GApps (optional), thus you get best integration of vanilla LOS with GApps;
- reboot to system and make initial settings & configurations; also check and configure your apps permissions;
Note: don't enable option Lineage recovery during setup as you will lose TWRP (overwrite by LOS Recovery app) and you need to reinstall it again! - optional: flash the latest Magisk and reboot to system to setup Magisk app [wait for it to load]
