I am considering installing custom rom on my s10+ since latest oneui 3.0 it's so laggy but is this compatible with R firmware?

It works and it doesn't, you can read my comments some time back.
In short, remapper doesn't overwrite, it adds an action. So when I used to press the button the torch went on and ok google happened, hardly ideal.
I solved it by simply disabling google, but that's not a great solution and definitely not a solution for all. I liked having the temperature on my home screen, but that is no more..

I keep getting Auto reboots on the PixelExperience_beyond1lte-11.0-20210110-0050-BETA-UNOFFICIAL rom

Is anyone else experience this? It happens at least once a day.

I formatted data wiped system dalvik/cache before installing this rom, fleshed megisk boot IMG

moved to lineage 18.1 . no reboots so far. I'll let you know how it goes.

without gapps? and you want to login to google services? either flash gapps or microgapps if you want to be logging in.
besides; this ROM comes with gapps preinstalled. no need to flash gapps. i don't know what you're doing wrong.

Android Auto does not work on my S10. I select it in the car, so the car can see that the phone supports it, but then it fails and my car says "check your device supports Android Auto". Any ideas?

what's your device? && vendor?
Probably you need to check the prerequisites to flashing this before getting started. Because is smooth on my side. sm-g970f q-vendor with magisk patched lineage recovery for magisk.

yes; there are ways you can debloat system apps. or alternately you can disable them.
