Introduction
LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 11 (R), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. It's good to upload also version without phone verification. I use old version of TWRP (cause the newest doesn't work good), and I manually need to disable phone verification, cause installer don't detect my phone propertly (htc_hiaeuhl)

Camera works, but flashlight no

I was having the same problem as you have, i'm using TWRP 3.5.0 for my hiaeuhl.
cuz later version won't boot on my 2.1X firmware.

Hi, I installed the rom and formatted ,I think I forgot to format the twrp data as the system does not pass the lineage loading logo, affected this in that ?
The phone had Android 7.0 Nougat stock and my phone model is hiaewhl.
Thank you very much and I look forward to your reply.

Ok,but, how can I turn off the device if it is in the charging logo haha ?
Do I wait for the battery to run out?
Another thing, then when i can access twrp,i just go to wipe-format data right ? or do i have to redo the dalvik, system, cache, and internal storage wipes(for this one don't worry,i have literally nothing already on this phone).
Thank you!
Just go back to TWRP and FORMAT DATA.

Hold your volume down & power key for about 15 seconds, then go to recovery as usual, and FORMAT data only.

I was having the same problem as you have, i'm using TWRP 3.5.0 for my hiaeuhl.
cuz later version won't boot on my 2.1X firmware.
Really wish someone told me about this...

I'll see if grabbing the kernel from 3.5.0 works in the latest TWRP, since I don't know what else the problem could be.

Thanks for an updated ROM, btw. Just flashed it on my hiae using the latest (unreleased) official TWRP 3.6.0 and it's working fine :).

EDIT: @tarkzim I'm having multiple random reboots when using the device. I'm not doing anything special, just trying to install an app from the Play Store, navigate around the device (which is a bit sluggish). I grabbed the pstore logs and am uploading here. Hope they help find the problem.

EDIT 2: It appears that the issue was related to permissions for apps that I installed, which for some reason aren't prompting for access when I open them. Instead, the phone is just rebooting. When manually allowing permissions for these apps, the device functions fine. Is there a reason that the permission prompts aren't working?

P.S. I'll be updating this post with a link to an advance build of the next official TWRP. Please try it and let me know if you have any issues booting it when flashed and/or flashing the ROM with it. It is working fine for me with the recent changes I made to the device tree. Decryption support is there as well, and works with this ROM.

    P.P.S. As promised: https://build.twrp.me/twrp-3.6.0_9-0-hiae.img

    Glad to see you here!

First of all I have no idea what's wrong with the permission stuff, it should be working fine...

And for the TWRP, I've flashed your 3.6.0 build but it's the same as official release that greater than 3.5.0,
It just keep stuck at black HTC splash screen and eventually it boots to the OS automatically.

Don't know how to find the logs of TWRP boot issues, What's your device's firmware version BTW?

    Thanks.
