Just a confirmation that Encryption / Decryption (PIN or PW) doesn't with with any TWRP right?

Also, any news on update? I see that advanced reboot is missing has that been removed from LOS or yet to be implemented in LOS18?

I haven't tried each version of TWRP but propably not working properly.

UPDATE:
* Synced LIneageOS sources
* Adcanced restart is back
* Using RRO for Lineage SDK overlays

i am currently on the build from this thread and stock (!) twrp, works fine with decryption.

Would you mind sharing the TWRP links and procedure that you setup up encryption?

I'm specifically talking about having Password as lock and then TWRP decrypting it.

Another strange thing I've noticed is that after reboot magisk disappeared!

You can have your data Encrypted but there is no TWRP that can decrypt Password lock or any lock. You have to remove all locks (swipe is OK) before you backup or the restore will fail.

Yup i have read tge same everywhere and experienced the same but since he mentioned its working for him, i wanted to know how from him

I think there's a misunderstanding, he is talking about TWRP and Data decrypted. Not Decrypting password.

How do I update to 10.0.1 if i'm already on LOS? I assume it would be more than just flashing the zip in TWRP. Would I have to go back to stock to update?

1. Flash the firmware 10.0.1 zip
2. Flash updated LineageOS zip

I am on LOS 17.1. Is there a way to upgrade without resetting data? Can we use LOS 18 as. Daily driver? Any major bugs.. Pls advice.

I dont know if you have seen my video. I have posted it some days ago, the bug i mentioned is still happening.

I have found a bug where sometimes the navbar pill(gesture) gets stuck on sides when you rotate the phone. The pill stays on left or right(and sometimes on horizontal place) and the only way to fix it is rotate the phone from vertical or horizontal to horizontal or vertical. Not that much of a problem but when that happens it blocks corners where there are buttons in the app.
