Try to do these steps: Flash the stock MIUI 12 fastboot rom via ADB first since you said you had installed a GSI rom before (just to make sure everything is clean), boot up to the MIUI, go through all the first boot settings then install TWRP, wipe, install ROM, format data, reboot to system, when the boot animation appear, force reboot and pray for it

Hi there, i've been using nezuko os for quite a while now (from since it came out actually), so i thought i'd give some feedback.

The rom is pretty neat (and much faster than miui imo), but it does have some stability issues.
First of all, it sometimes gets stuck in a black screen and you can't do anything, long pressing the power button brings up the stock android power menu (which isn't normal) that doesn't even do anything, so the only way to actually reboot the device is through pressing the power button for a while. Kinda annoying to have this happen for no reason completely randomely.
Then the nexus-like (or new iphone-like ? i dunno) commands are really neat too, saves around 1cm of the screen which i appreciate but it's a bit glitchy too sometimes: sometimes it just doesn't work and you just can't change windows/apps or you can't go back in apps, no clue as to what causes this, also random but it happens really often.

I guess that's all i can think of, despite that i'm still using the rom cause it's pretty cool and it's just so much better than stock miui (no bloatware, so no >8gb available on a 32gb phone on a fresh setup...).
