That makes no difference either even if i change it there eventually it reset.
weird. im using the rom and have tried a few launcher, it works for me. im using smart launcher right now and it works fine even after rebooting
Oh no im not saying its not working because it is working fine, but every now and then it just defaults back to the original rom launcher. It only seems to be when sometimes going into the app switcher menu.
This is now a daily driver, everything seems to work OK (except Yahoo Finance apk that won't let me sign in, but it's probably an app issue).
Using the Following stuff.
Magisk canary (bit fiddly to get installed)
Gcam downloaded from APK Mirror (AOSP cam barebone)
Nova Launcher Beta works with no problems.
WIFI/Data/Bluetooth works fine the phone connected to my car and paired OK.
Buttons remapped using an App.
Supersmooth and no problems to report.

Thank you for giving us android 11 on our phone. I'm new to this and i would like to ask some questions before going on these ROM :
- Does this rom drain the battery faster than the Android 10 official ?
- Do you think that the slider will be working on future version ?
- How the update will be put on the phone like will it need to wipe all the phone for each upgrade or will it be a incremental update ?

I can now confirm that sound is also fine, Received a phone call in the car today and everything worked as it should.

Few may not work, rest should not be an issue. Example, I anyways do not use SN. It is just a hype. If banking apps can work without SN on Vanilla builds, then it should on Non-Vanilla too.
my auto rotate is wrong, when the phone is standing it is lying and vice versa
Awesome ROM, fast and the battery life is good! Only little bug till now is the auto rotate.

I'm using Nova Launcher and rotation is fine. I had rotation issues while setting up the phone but then I was using stock launcher so maybe the issue is there.
Since the auto rotation is broken, when i take photos they are in landscape mode and in some apps such as discord i cant rotate them. Sometimes when you tap on a button it shows wierd background shadow effect(doesnt appear in video recording). Other than these its a pretty good rom. Just auto rotation is annoying with camera shots...
Also having rotation weirdness using Nova Launcher. When I go into Settings the display rotates 90 degrees to the right, even with autorotate turned off. If I turn the phone to match, it turns another 90 degrees.
Rotation issues, I have NOVA launcher and GCAM and are experiencing no weird behavior at all. Maybe it's and OP5T issue?
The only minor thing I've seen so far is that display brightness is a bit unstable. Sometimes it decides to drop to very low but just restore it from status bar. It's not frequent enough to be annoying.

I am also having weird rotation issues on my 5T to a point where i have to disable auto rotate to use my phone.
Ok an update on the whole auto rotate situation,
It looks like Google in R, changed the behavior on how sensors work,because of resolution being set to 0 some senors have max range as NAN. This doesn't seem to affect the sensors on cheeseburger. But does dumpling, so I am working on a potential fix.

This cements my long held position that cheese remains superior to dumpling.
