I just downloaded, end with 450 mbNo issues with WebView and ROM v10.2
Nice work
The previous and latest both Rom, couldn't login in Google play and chrome. So couldn't go ahead. I flashed NikGapps basic as on 12/12/2020. Didn't have any problems with this Gapps the previous Roms and other Roms.
Just one line above the text you quoted, it says this:
Make sure Bromite webview is shown in Developer settings. If not, click and enable.

I can't restore any google cloud backup (i think it's dueto the problem mentioned).
Problem partially solved using nikgapps. I can't still use my backup on google.

I have no idea from 'iliad' is, but I have Oneplus 6 myself with zero problems with WIFI of SMS. Neither do other users.
Make sure you have OOS 10 in both slots. This is a prerequisite for using Jaguar. My rom isn't available for Android 12.1
Before flashing the update zip, did you install OOS 10 in both slots. If not, then your second slot is not good.
Full Jaguar package includes minimal Gapps.1
You need factory reset (right button in TWRP) before booting in Jaguar. -

You can actually use alarm when the phone is shut down. It would boot 2 minutes prior to scheduled time and trigger the alarm on time

I have been building Android roms since 2012 for various devices including multiple Sonys, Lenovo Zuk, Oneplus 3, Oneplus 5 and Oneplus 6 (my current device). You can check the Oneplus 5 development thread here: Oneplus 5 thread or Oneplus 3 or browse my profile.
Jaguar rom is focused on hardening of AndroidOS and kernel. As such, the rom has hardened bionic, art, framework and tightened security. Kernel has security features ported from linux kernel 4.14.
The rom could be used on locked bootloader (donate feature) with no warning screen whatsoever, and with or without Magisk (your choice). It boots like OOS: Android logo and Boot animation.
Most of your banking apps will work regardless of Magisk tricks
Otherwise, and in addition to hardening, the rom has all standard+ features that come with custom roms:
1 Rom control with custom Power options, Statusbar, Buttons, Navbar, Quicksettings, Lockscreen, Notifications, Gestures, Themes etc. .
2. Heavily modified Art, Bionic System/Vold and System/Security
3. Telephony response to Type Zero sms ('silently acknowledged') disabled
4. Toggle to disable Captive Portal logging.
5. Speakerphone proximity sensor toggle - could be set to automatically switch to speaker when not at the ear
6. IMEI and phone numbers hidden in About menu
7. Call recording button now visible in Dialer
8. All regular customizations

Jaguar Installation:
Boot into twrp 3.5.2; install the rom; flash twrp 3.5.2 installer; factory reset, where you enter 'Yes' to confirm, reboot in system. If you want Magisk, reboot in recovery, flash Magisk and reboot.
The above is for clean flash. Updates are flashed normally, but without factory reset or wiping data.
