hi friend.
did you manage to fix gmail notifications ? I am also using spark at the moment.
thanks
Spark has been working without issue and I don't mind the app at all. I like the unified inbox for all my email accounts but I'm looking forward to receiving my pixel 6 pro in another few days and finally being able to use the Gmail app reliably again!

I hope that you enjoy your new phone.
I will continue to use my op9 with spark. I hope someone finally finds the solution.

Hello, i am using these os for 3 days and it is much faster that stock os, also battery seems much betterr. I end a day with 40% and cca 3,5-4 hours of SOT, on stock I and a day with 0-20%... I found few problems:

-Bluetooth only connect, but there is no sound, also cannot start a call from a car, it show contacts, but when I click on it did not start a call,
-Today the sistem crash, I am using it, then put phone on a table, after 10 minutes I check it and it was only a black screen and show • qualcomm crash dumb mode • after resseting the phone with lock button the system restart and nownall good(do anyone now these problem?)
-If I all immediately after anding previus call, start another one, the call just ends.. than when I call again all normal,
-every gcam that i tasted has crashed when camera resolution is set to 4k.. 1080p and 60fps works normal...

But i am really enyoing these rom, thank you.. I hope that samone can help me with the bugs, specialy for bluetooth because I am lot in a car...

thanks

I really really want to try this ROM on my 9 but my crDRoid has budsz/bluetooth functionality, optional gApps and pixel phone features (greanted, this is due to the hard work of the magisk module but many roms wouldnt work with it. )

i guess i could live without budsZ management but is GApps management ever going to be up to the end user?

What release do I need to extract my boot.img from? As I know there differences between full and partial otas and updates...

I'm on latest version, and want to get the boot.img in order to modify with magisk.

Thanks, Ethan.
You use the boot img from whatever build your on,if your gonna flash it. Patch in the magisk app.And you can always use any oos A11 boot.img and fastboot boot magisk_patched.img. This allows su access on boot. Then go into the magisk app and install root permanently. This process backs up stock boot img for next time as well. Many ways

What does the A11 mean? (AA variant Laters OOS11?)

also, I can either flash if I use the evo modified boot.img, or boot the stock modified img?
Android 11 yes stock oos A11. Yes flash with the evo or fastboot boot that same image from Evo not stock if your on Evo . Then gain permanent root in the magisk app. This backs up untouched Evo boot.img

So just a heads up everyone, I follow the OP instructions extremely carefully everything installed without a hitch but I have randomly encountered reboots into Qualcomm crash dump mode completely at random I wasn't doing the same thing either time and nothing I was doing was root or you know f'ing with the rom at all so idk what up but better bewareish
But
otherwise absolutely FABULOUS rom, I mean on the go mode etc it's just awesome other than crash dump mode....

I had this happen randomly after rooting, doing a manual restart worked for me.

Oh hell yeah, thank you for bringing this rom to op9. It feels like development on this device is starting, which is exciting, can't wait for oos cam port

OOS camera port is wip. More to come in the next few days including Aug sec patches, fixed kcal support, accurate slider toast notification dimensions/gravity, and more.

    Lots planned for 8/9 series
