EDIT: The following is what may happen if you flash 5.92/5.9.3 over oos 10.

Clean flashed the 5.9.3 build (10/13 build enchilada) to slot B + latest official twrp (A & B), Magisk flashed to slot A. ROM is mostly smooth and very well put together, but a few issues still persist.
Issues encountered so far:
1. Music stuttering (using YT music app) both on data and Wi-Fi. This happened once so far when playing through phone speaker. Bluetooth works fantastic by contrast. EDIT: after 2 days using this build, this issue hasn't repeated.
2. Seems there is some sort of a UI latency at times, mostly noticeable when adjusting the physical volume keys. The on-screen indicator stutters/jumps when this issue is present. Although I suspect it must have something to do with ram management or kernel itself.
EDIT: issue seems to have subsided once I used the ROM for a bit.
3. Dash charge not working. Issue seems persistent and nothing seems to resolve it. I tried wiping dalvik cache, switch USB configuration, turning on fast charge, and restarting UI. Confirmed slow charge with Accubattery and Ampere apps (peaks at 1470mah).
4. If using swipe navigation gestures, inside nav gesture settings, border sensitivity for back function, seems to reset to Max (3 notches) if user set sensitivity to middle (2 notches). Happens when exiting and reentering that same nav gesture menu. If it matters, I have the bottom gesture bar disabled (but not set to 0 notch).
5. Not sure if it's an issue, but when DC dimming is turned on, dark backgrounds tend to flicker noticeably.
6. Gestures on black screen (while screen is in sleep mode) do not work while ambient screen is lit up, if set to turn on for notifications or upon lifting the phone. On stock OOS these gestures work regardless if ambient is on or not. Is there a way to implement this function or is it something proprietary to OOS?
7. Captions button right below the volume bar disappears once activated. It eventually comes back, but not sure of the duration.
8. Ambient display brightness adjustment sliders don't seem to have any effect on its brightness output
9. Preinstalled OnePlus camera opens but none of the lenses seem to work. Google camera from play store works but feels very choppy when moving the camera around.

Suggestion for future builds:
-White screen light up flash for face unlock in dim lighting
-For AOD, add the ability to auto shift display content to prevent screen burn-in

So it seems Adaptive Sound toggle triggers audio stuttering, perhaps it's an issue related to microphone. Simply disabling the toggle doesn't revert back to clean playback. Clearing Adaptive Sound cache and storage doesn't always resolve the issue.

For some people disabling Google assistant fixed that issue.
Thanks for the tip, already managed to hard brick this device and did a proper factory reset with msm tool. Took me a minute to figure out the A/B slot flashing sequence, but I believe I got it right this time with a lot of trial and error. Haven't been into flashing since Nexus 6 and Nextbit Robin days.
Most of everything I encounter in the previous flash (mentioned in my previous post), hasn't happened in the new clean flash of the same 5.9.3 build. The first time, I used oos 10 as base, this time I made sure both slots contained oos11

In case anyone is wondering how to get oos 11 on both slots on OnePlus 6. Grab the latest oos update from 1+, boot your device into TWRP recovery, format data, reboot TWRP. Flash that oos 11 zip and reboot to system. Go through the initial setup, make sure usb debugging is turned on and reboot to fastboot/bootloader. Using your PC in command prompt check which slot is currently active (the one with oos11 installed) by entering: fastboot getvar all
You should see it say active slot: a or B depending whichever it's flashed to initially.
Now to in order to flash to the opposite slot via cmd, enter: fastboot --set-active=a
If slot A was the inactive slot. If B was inactive, simply replace a with b. Once in the empty slot, boot into TWRP from your PC via TWRP image. From TWRP flash the same oos11 zip, wipe dalvik cache, and flash TWRP zip, reboot system, let it boot up to completion.
Boot back into TWRP on the device itself, swipe format data, then factory reset. From there you can flash the ROM zip, then TWRP again to keep it on the device.
If you desire magisk, switch to the inactive slot. You can also do so through TWRP, by heading to the Reboot menu and tapping on the slot that isn't active. You'll have to flash magisk zip from this slot as it will write to the opposite slot (where the installed ROM is located). Once completed, switch back to the previous slot and reboot to system

Very good ROM, one of the best I tried indeed
The battery is very good, everything is snappy and there are a lot of functionalities.
Thanks !

EDIT : I have a VERY low haptic feedback on my phone, how could I modify its parameters pls ?
EDIT 2 : I used EX kernel manager. The haptic value was at -3%, I assume there is a problem. I managed to modify the value through this app.

Found some bugs.

Brightness slider stay up(expanded status bar) even after changing the setting to stay low in evolution customization. Also the per app volume doesn't work properly.
Bluetooth bugs available but it's not an issue as it's present in almost every custom rom(A11 or a12)
Also Bluetooth audio sometimes goes to mono and stereo itself for some seconds.

Are you sure you're posting this under the right thread? The brightness slider doesn't have any issues and there is no per app volume setting , unless I just haven't found it but I just searched everywhere.

Can confirm the brightness slider issue in fully expanded toggle screen. If selected to move to bottom on fully expanded toggle shade, eventually that slider will automatically default back to top position above the toggles when fully expanded.

Hi

I am trying to unlock phone using fingerprint scanner but it doesn't work. I added multiple fingerprints in settings but it doesn't work. Did I messed up something?

Edit: It has started working

If you are continously getting stuck on twrp's splash screen than msm tool to fix everything.

Unlock bootloader
Flash official or unofficial (mauronofrio's or nebrassy's) Twrp.
Wipe everything till internal
Flash oos(11 for latest build)
Flash rom
Flash finalize
Flash desired twrp
Format data(yes)
Factory reset
Reboot.
Thanks The rom works well with this install guid.
