The September release, among other things, will have a fully working PowerOn alarm. In other words, you could set your alarm and turn off the phone. 2 minutes before the scheduled time, the phone will boot and trigger the alarm on time.
Didn't notice anything like this. I get about 8-9 hours of screen time regularly, which includes e-mail 24/7, browsing, watching videos, texting, etc,. But I have no Gapps or anything Google. With 12.1 battery life is shortened. The first 24hr seems ok, then the second 24hr it takes a dive. LIght use. Can you take a look.
I do. As far as your drain, wipe cache/dalvik. Also, see which app is not closed. Most browsers don't actually exit, even when you press exit within the app. You need to kill them once done. Check your deep sleep. Mine, at the end of the day shows about 60%.Do you charge every 24hrs? I've never seen 8-9hrs sot, typically 5-6 over a few days. But right now I have 15hrs since full charge and only 20min of sot and the battery is at 73%. I'm going to remove an app and test again.
Hi, I want to install your rom but i have some questions, can you use banking apps without using gapps or microG? also youtube and other apps like facebook messenger.Didn't notice anything like this. Probably not without Magisk tricks, but I am not sure.Hi, I want to install your rom but i have some questions, can you use banking apps without using gapps or microG? also youtube and other apps like facebook messenger.

Okay, thanks, i'll test it then i guessAnd do you want paper or plastic with that?
I don't use any banking apps or facebook. Sorry.
Per app network restrictions. Go to Settings/Apps & Notifications, click show all, click 3 dots on top right to show all, then select an app, then Mobile data & wifi and you will have options. This was broken after some Google update, but now it is working again.Optimumpro, can you tell us about the firewall, how do we use it and if it can replace AFwall+.
Thanks for another awesome build!
See post below.Has anyone installed V13? It goes into a bootloop if I clean flash or dirty flash. Gone back to V12.1 and all is well.
Interesting. I don't understand why mine bootloops. Did it boot into bootloader after you booted to system?
Perhaps, it is Captive portal. I have no reboots regardless of Captiveportal. See video with wifi repeadly turned on and off.I still have problems with soft reboots. In the meantime, I am relatively sure to have narrowed down the underlying cause. It seems to be related to the Wi-Fi. When the router reboots at night or the Wi-Fi reboots, the soft reboot occurs. When I leave the apartment in the morning and the device loses the Wi-Fi connection (and searches for the network), the soft reboot also occurs.
Also, when I disable and enable the WLAN via the quick settings, a soft reboot often occurs.
Something doesn't seem to be working correctly. I also noticed that the connection switches back and forth between LTE and LTE+ all the time. No matter where I am, I live in a metropolitan area with near perfect network coverage and strong signal strength. I never had the problems before on OOS.
However, I also had a soft reboot yesterday while simply recording a voice message in WhatsApp. I'm not sure how this is related.
You could try to disable captive portal detection in wifi preferences. Mine would also reboot when switching from wifi to Mobile data. After I turned captive portal detection off, soft reboots are gone.
