If you run a regular logcat, it will show kernel log too.Optimumpro, v14 was running great, though today I tried to connect to a wifi hotsopt and just when it tried to connect the phone was thrown into a bootloop, it booted at least twice before it recovered. I tried two more times and had the same result. I have a vpn loaded and it was off, one of those three attempts included trying with the vpn on. I checked Smart Pack Kernel Manager for the ability to capture the last Kmsg but did not find the option, I only found 'Printk devkmsg kernel logging' the service is default turn off, tried turning on but it automatically keeps the service off.
Any way to capture last kmsg or other enabled in your rom?

Both of your requested features are already present in the rom: look in Rom Settings/Sound and Rom Settings/Navigation.Hello there. First off I'd like to chime in with others in adding praise and thanks for this snappy ROM. I've been reluctant to switch from stock OOS 10 for a long time now, as it's done me just fine, but I finally wanted to ditch play services and was tired of the constant OS update notification. This ROM seemed like a good option as one I could stick with, considering it also has crDroid customization (tried on my OP3). I'm not a fan of a12's UI, so I'll be happy if I can get a solid setup to use my OP6 as long as I possibly can.
I was able to get this one going without a hitch after doing some research on flashing dual slots. Though, I'm going to have to flash again to install microG correctly, as I probably didn't do it proper with nanoDroid and GPS wasn't working correctly. While everything else seems it'd be perfect, there's only a couple things I wish were possible.
1. An option to move the volume slider display to the left side of the screen, where the physical rocker also is. Not really a big deal, just a small quip I have from being used to it there and makes sense in my mind.
2. This is my biggest gripe I'm going to have switching from OOS 10 and nearly makes me want to stay stock with it... is the loss of swiping from the bottom left or right to go back gesture. I kind of detest this swiping from the left or right side of the screen. It interferes with the edge of a phone case or the lip of a screen protector. There's also times it'll select something on the screen or type on the keyboard instead. Yes, I'm used to how it was before.. but this other way that's being implemented everywhere stock android is just plain ghastly imo. I wish they'd at least give options.
I did some looking and from what I'm aware of, some of the solutions include another overlay that no longer works. I'm not sure how hard it'd be or if this is something you can add an option for? But it'd be greatly appreciated if it were possible or if I could be steered to any solutions I could do to remedy it myself. This is one thing I found, but applies to stock OOS and the particular line isn't visible.
Here is how to get th old swipe gestures from Android 9 Pie on OnePlus phones running Android 10 (OxygenOS 10). Revert back to old Oxygen OS swipe gesture navigation on OnePlus 5/6/7/8.www.androidsage.com
I know you have no obligations to take any requests for features, so I humbly ask, but understand if you cannot do so. Regardless, I'm still considering donating for your work and locking the bootloader. But I'm still on the fence on what I want to do moving forward with the phone overall and what things I can live with. Thanks for your time optimumpro.
Lineage builds are user-debug, which is a build version with weakened security designed for developers to trace problems. Google specifically states user-debug not to be used in production builds. Kind of all you need to know about Lineage's Android . By the way, most devs copy that from Lineage...Already thought so. Probably will try a new fresh install soon
wasn't aware of this, because my other deives running LineageOS have that feature I thought that any custom ROM would have this. Thanks for clarifying
Any idea in regards to "forgotten" settings? Anyone else is seeing this, or just me?
You might want to install (dirty flashing) vanilla version and try other Gapps.Got it! I think I won't use Panic.
Don't get me wrong, I like the behavior and wouldn't turn it off. I just found it while testing and wanted to report back.
By the way, I also get random soft-reboots. Sometimes while chatting in WhatsApp, watching YouTube and sometimes while the phone is not even in use and lies around. I have no clue what triggers it, maybe some Jaguar settings, maybe Magisk or GApps. It's not too annoying, though worth noticing.
Perhaps, it is Captive portal. I have no reboots regardless of Captiveportal. See video with wifi repeadly turned on and off.I still have problems with soft reboots. In the meantime, I am relatively sure to have narrowed down the underlying cause. It seems to be related to the Wi-Fi. When the router reboots at night or the Wi-Fi reboots, the soft reboot occurs. When I leave the apartment in the morning and the device loses the Wi-Fi connection (and searches for the network), the soft reboot also occurs.
Also, when I disable and enable the WLAN via the quick settings, a soft reboot often occurs.
Something doesn't seem to be working correctly. I also noticed that the connection switches back and forth between LTE and LTE+ all the time. No matter where I am, I live in a metropolitan area with near perfect network coverage and strong signal strength. I never had the problems before on OOS.
However, I also had a soft reboot yesterday while simply recording a voice message in WhatsApp. I'm not sure how this is related.
