A few months ago I flashed your V13 and since then my USB socket hasn't worked. Until today I was looking for a desperate way to get an update and then I came up with the idea to update my Rom to 21 via TWRP that I flashed via Magisk. Said and done. Since the new reboot, my root is gone and the boot screen, i.e. the animation of your ROM, is colorful and pixelated.
Magisk is no longer prebuilt. How did you flash 'via Magisk'? If you are using TWRP, just flash V21 dirty (without wiping data) again.
I use the official TWRP build for the 8 Pro and Flash it over the Magisk Version from V13. Problem now is, i dont have the Option to use my USB Port..... And root is gone, so I cant Flash anything without magisk. :-(
I have no idea what you are talking about. What does Magisk have to do with flashing rom via TWRP or for that matter any recovery?
Also, in TWRP, you must enable MTP and that will give you access to USB. If you have no USB generally, this means your Windows drivers are not good or not updated. Access to usb in recovery is not dependent on the rom. Official TWRP has its own kernel which boots separately from the rom, and if you have no access to usb in TWRP, that's either your PC problem or phone's hardware (unlikely) or usb cable.

There is no root without Magisk. Also, please explain how is it you can flash the rom via Magisk, if your usb is not working and you can't transfer the rom to your phone???
Yesterday. It happened the same with me. Push the vol up and down and power button and hold till it boot into bootloader. After that I couldn't boot into jaguar rom so I went back to oos with mms tool.
I thought it was somehow my fault but it seems to something wrong in the rom or the install guide. I follow the guide step by step. I hope optimumpro will have a solution because I want to use this rom.

Did you go to stock OOS-12 or Lineage 12 between February release and now?
Also, do an experiment: reflash the latest release dirty and I bet you won't have any issues. If that's the case, that means one of your slots is non-functional. To fix it, use lineage's copy partition zip (after reflashing and booting the latest release).
The issue you are having has to do with the second slot on your phone not working, i.e., no OOS-11 in second slot. Check the telegram group: just today there was a report of a successful installation of V21 on Oneplus 8 Pro.
If you can't boot into anything (fastboot, recovery and rom), then MSM tool is the only option.
I'm seeing the same thing.
Installed the ROM some time ago, and have successfully dirty flashed the last two releases. The phone has been working fine since then.
Today I did a "adb reboot recovery" and got into the same problem. After trying a few times I managed to boot sucessfully once. Stupid as I am I did a new reboot and now I'm completely stuck. It just hangs with a mosaic bar on the top.
I can power off using both volume keys and power, and I can get to bootloader using the same keys.
But booting from bootloader fails every time, even booting to recovery.
I've also tried flashing recovery.img again to both slots, no go.
"fastboot boot recovery.img" also fails in the same way.

Okay. This seems to be a problem with the recovery.img for the latest release.
I tried to boot twrp from bootloader and that worked fine.
Then I flashed twrp to both recovery slots and now I'm back up and running again.
Download latest twrp, there is a thread in this forum I believe.
In bootloader:
fastboot boot twrp.img
To flash:
fastboot flash recovery_a twrp.img
fastboot flash recovery_b twrp.img
This is pretty basic.

Well. The Vanilla version contains no Google things. You can either use MicroG with the included signature spoof feature or live without MicroG, like I do. You can install F-Droid's Aurora store, if you need Playstore apps.
I have a few Google e-mail accounts, but I use K9mail to get and send messages. K9 has its own push service that allows you to get emails right away. For Maps, I use Sygic app, which is much much better than Google Maps. It also allows you to download maps on your storage, so when you use the app, it is done without the internet, which is useful, especially when you are roaming. -

You can actually use alarm when the phone is shut down. It would boot 2 minutes prior to scheduled time and trigger the alarm on time

Install instructions
If this is your first time coming from stock, you need to have stock Android 11 in both slots. So, either update stock OTA to populate the second slot or flash stock rom with TWRP. Do not use Lineage's 'transfer' script, as this might corrupt your persist partition. In addition, that script transfers outdated files.
1. Install Jaguar recovery from (from post #3) via fastboot: reboot in fastboot and execute the following commands on your connected PC terminal:

Or use TWRP
2. Download the rom to your PC. Boot the phone into recovery, set recovery for sideloading, then type on your PC terminal (which should be opened in the same directory where you had downloaded the rom):

3. Factory reset and reboot. You are done. If you want root, just install Magisk manager (apk) from here as a normal app. Don't flash it.

The benefits of LOCKED BOOTLOADER combined with WORKING AVB-2 protection are:
You get your DRM L1 back (one full stock update required). Many banking applications (tested several) will work even if Magisk is not hidden: you simply get a warning, your device is rooted, but can click 'don't show again' and proceed to login.
Nobody and nothing can modify Kernel, Recovery and Virtual Partitions without triggering a red screen of death with the message 'your device is corrupted and cannot boot'.
At that point, the only option is to unlock bootloader. But, if a user had previously disabled OEM unlock in Developer settings, then unlocking becomes unavailable, and so does flashing via fastboot. In other words, if your phone gets into the hands of an adversary, their only option is to use MSM tool to make the phone work again, but no access to your data or any other partition.

As frustrating as it can be to not have working features it's still an "as is" ROM, no need for hostilities.
I haven't personally installed this ROM so no i can't comment on features missing or not but i can on how to address them, there are ways and means to get a point across without sounding deserving of something you aren't.
If you've clean installed and there are missing features then just mention that, if it gets fixed then great if not then that's just the way it is, no ones under any obligation here, speaking down to dev's who've put the hours / days / weeks in to share something for FREE is what makes people leave and not share their work, XDA wouldn't be a very good place to be if dev's didn't do what they do and even worse if they didn't have the support of people who flash their work, please bare that in mind.

Actually, you can use any recovery you want: TWRP/Lineage or whatever. Just keep in mind that if you don't have OOS-11 firmware in both slots, you will always get problems. MSM flash takes care of one slot only. So, you need OOS-11 in the other slot either by flashing via recovery (after initial reboot) or updating OTA.
Also, you don't need MSM, if you can't boot into recovery. You simply boot in fastboot and flash whatever recovery you want.
This release fixes Safetynet issues. Confirmed by a Oneplus 8 user: here
