7This is a Stock Rom with tweaks. Tweaks include PNG, JPG, MP3, Videos compression. And other memory and cpu and gpu off-loading to make a faster general experience. Can be used as a base if asked and given credit.
Install How To:
Download Rom
Reboot to the Recovery
Do a FULL WIPE: Dalvik, Cache, System, Data
Flash the Rom
Flash vender.img link coming soon.
Boot Up

Base Rom Few framework tweaks and compressed PNGs and JPGs more to come.

If we go by your most generic useless help.......I followed the op directions:
Install How To:
Download Rom
Reboot to the Recovery
Do a FULL WIPE: Dalvik, Cache, System, Data
Flash the Rom
Boot Up last night and guess what I boot looped on Google screen.
So if you dont have answers to a simple question like if we need an image flashed also, do yourself a favor and dont reply
