Glad I haven't had any such issue. Anywho, you're going to need to do an EDL recovery using the specific package to your phone. Can't recall, but maybe try Google.

Is it only me that had to go into the Arrow rom zip file and change the meta data to OnePlusNordN10 to get it to sideload, otherwise it said something like got "billie" expecting "OnePlusNordN10"? I believe I followed the instructions exactly. Anyhow, it's flashed, and I'm at the "Hi there" screen. Gonna give it a whirl.

This ROM is for the 5G model only. Return to stock with EDL if this is the wrong ROM for you. 5G only.

**Update** -- Odin, I have the 5g. I most likely didn't do something in the right order, but it's working great!
The only thing I had to do as I'm with Metro by Tmobile is go into data and select the apn. This thing FLIES! I mean not one hiccup. I love the software for the camera. Much faster with cool options. The flash on the Nord10 will always be crap, but all in all I'm very pleased with this. I don't know if I did it all right or half wrong, but it's definitely much more smooth and did I say F-A-S-T?!!!!

I have the T-Mobile version of the phone, but I can't use Visual Voicemail and the VoWiFi fails, too. They enable, but they functionally fail. (Video calls also terminate after a second or two.) Almost all ROMs with the junkware/spyware removed will be faster. I hate all this complete lack of regulations. Next phone is going to be a primitive non-smart phone. Can't stand the crap anymore.

I've never used any of those features, so I'd probably never notice. Mostly just camera, text, Duo/Meet whatever they call it this month. I'm gonna give them a try right now though and let you know how it works for me.

**Update**
You are correct Sir, the VoLTE does not appear to be working. Mine actually switched to EVDO (which doesn't even exist anymore) during a phone call. The carrier video calling did not work either. After a variety of attempts at changing APN and other things, it merely prompts to install Google Meet. The T-Mobile Visual Voicemail did not work, but the MetroPCS Visual Voicemail worked for me; however, it then gave me a prompt saying it's outdated, and needs to be replaced with the T-Mobile version which again, didn't work. Weird.

Yeah, T-Mobile is cheap and refuses to pay for standard software to handle stuff, so they use proprietary means to push their own methods of doing crap. Need the TMO apks. TMO is being pushed rather heavily to adopt RCS, maybe they'll adopt standards. Doubt it, they love spying and selling everything we do.

Yea I experienced that too, but I don't really mind it since I figured which apps I need to avoid which prevents it from happening, still though I will take a crash once a month (when I'm messing around with apps that make my phone crash) over a Chinese made ROM with T-Mobile software on it.

To get back to your stock ROM, it isn't that hard since there are guides online for it (just a search away). Stock Firmware Link (Global and Europe) and Relocking Guide. Depending on your carrier, you may also want to get their apps for some functionality.
The main benefit of going back to stock is stability, security updates and of course the one plus feel.

Really sucks, there is no official and maintained custom ROM for this device, so you can have a patchy experience.

Good Luck!

Hey i was going to use edl to do it but i cant figure it out as when i try to use msm i get the following err code, : "hub-image identify by target sw is disabled" so i checked my model and it was be2026 so i checked the software and the model wasn't right so i went to download the right one when i noticed there was no be2026. is there a way to fix this? (imma try yours if mine doesnt work)

I'm having issues with Bluetooth controllers, specifically a PS4 controller, the main issue is the joysticks aren't being detected properly or something because some apps can use it just fine but cod mobile or the Xbox game pass app don't work even though they work with a PS4 controller on other phones

If you don't mind my asking what apps were causing the crashes because when I read my crash logs they blamed the stock camera app (I would tell you the application I'd buy when I checked my log file was corrupted) but even after removing it and replacing it it still blames the crashes on it.

Hey guys, since updated to oos 11 charging is super slow. Usually getting 2 to 6 watts input.
I've seen others talk about this...
Does fast charging work on this ROM?
Yep it works, but the optimization built in the hardware causes the phone to shut down around 90-ish percent (at least for me), fast charging also works for me on OOS which I just switched back to for a variety of reasons.

INSTRUCTIONS (leave a like so that more people see this):
So everything is going well but here is how I did it (Note be sure to have a computer with android-tools (for adb and fastboot):

1. make sure your device is unlocked
2. Download your desired version of the rom (Vanilla or GAPPS, I picked Vanilla), the boot image (for rooting with magisk or flashing if you have another rom previously installed), and the recovery image
3. From within your normal rom, make sure adb debugging is enabled then do "adb reboot bootloader"
4. Flash the recovery image with "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
5. Perform a system wipe from within the recovery
6. Go to apply update then choose apply from ADB
7. adb sideload rom.zip
8. Voila

With my phone I had to repeat steps 4-7 again in slot a(or b)* and flash the boot image on both slots*
*Enter fastboot mode and enter fastboot --set-active=(a/b)
*fastboot flash boot.img

Side Note: it can be finicky entering fastboot mode so make sure you reboot to a screen that says one plus fastboot mode or something of the sorts
In the PixelExperience recovery there is no "system wipe" option. How can then I do this (step 5)?
I can only do "Factory reset" which does only cleaning /data and /metadata partitions.

Kind regards,
Zaxon

My bad, yea in the recovery the only thing you need to do is 'Factory Reset'

currently there are other recoveries for if you want to do more, but I haven't tested them out

Thanks for clarification. I tried this and moved to next point. When I try to sideload rom.zip (point 7) I get the following error:
Code:
Step 1/2
Error applying update: 7 (ErrorCode::kInstallDeviceOpenError)
E:Error in /sideload/package.zip (status 1)
What do I miss?
I have OnePlus N10 5G version.

Alright, I have a lot figured out now, formatted partitions and installed pixel recovery in both. Got the fresh rom installed and so far so good! The only issue now is that I've lost super user access, and I can't sideload Magisk to use that for some reason?? Is there another super user apk that works with this recovery, etc? Thanks again for your help!
Why are you attempting to Sideload Magisk? Who said to do that? Install the Magisk APK, copy your BOOT img over, patch it, then flash the resulting BOOT image over boot_a and boot_b...
