Important Information
1. This ROM will never work with any versions of Google Camera (GCam)!
2. You need to flash Stock Android 10 before flashing this ROM.
3. For VoLTE, you need to boot into stock firmware and enable it before flashing this ROM!

You have to choose Yes. But that's also described in the Installation guide.

I did just that, the gaps were installed and everything works. I'm studying the possibilities of the firmware. Everything seems to work. I really don't know what you are doing but i've tested nfc as well as the screen itself. I guess you have a hardware problem.

I can't reproduce any of your issues. It's working well on my XZ2P. Maybe you have a japanese model (which isn't supported; check the wiki page for that) or you didn't wiped data (clean flash) or something is wrong with your persistent partition. Failing adb at 47% is quite normal. Also that is stated in the wiki:
> Tip: Normally, adb will report Total xfer: 1.00x, but in some cases, even if the process succeeds the output will stop at 47% and report adb: failed to read command: Success. In some cases it will report adb: failed to read command: No error which is also fine.

Please check your model and follow the installation guide

Edit: Sony gave up RAW support. So that's not supported on stock rom and thus also not supported on LineageOS.
