Nice to hear that . For this issue try another kernel that support sdcards . ( Boot to TWRP and flash custom kernel . Just boot do not flash twrp)
And if u want to return to stock kernel just flash boot.img from the PE zip ROM

Not official for now, it's only a user debug release. Maybe it will become official in the future, but they need to find a maintainer for that ^^

No, and they have discontinued the dev. of this ROM for the 7, try KOSP, YAAP, Derpfest A12 roms...

Its been 8 months since android 12 final build was launched, but no pixel experience based on android 12 love for oneplus 7
