I get an error that automatically restarts recovery while flashing open gapps or magisk

crdroid hltekor = boot ok
crdroid hltekor +open gaapp (pico) = flash gapps error reboot, boot fail.
crdroid hltekor + lolz + magisk = flash magisk error reboot, boot fail.
p/s: clean flash use odin then flask twrp and crdroid

Hi!

As @gj86 is stopping support for hlte* I'll be taking care of it from now on.

I'm also maintaining some other devices on crDroid, so I'm going to try to keep the common parts standard and not made specific Note 3 changes that may break other devices, that's why I'll be starting from a clean tree and not follow the one @gj86 has.

I only own the SM-N9005, so I'll need help on testing the other models.

Please let me know the problems that appear after switching from @gj86 builds (last one on December 2021) so we can try to find solutions for them.

I'll start uploading new builds with version 7.14 of crDroid starting on January 2022.

Regards.
The battery drains so fast. Any better solutions or kernels?

I'm not experiencing any special drain, you should look at the battery stats and see if any app is draining your battery.
Also. you can check About phone->Deep sleep to see if it really enters Deep sleep when it is not being used.

Anybody else experiencing more battery drain?

Regards.

There is no Internal Storage as default storage.
Why Micro SD card as default storage?

Thanks for your great work.
I may say about my impression only.
Slower after first reboot. Deleting upgrade file and reboot seem to improve speed of the system.
Battery usage seem better, especially with Opera, Google with no change.
On hlte via OTA.

Hi. Before installing this ROM for Note3 LTE I would like to know if it has support for ANT + for me of fundamental importance. Thank you

Thanks for taking this on, for us Note-3 hanger-ons.

I'm testing flashing a 900W8 right now.

I use this Note 3 as my primary phone, but I do have backup phones if needed.

Again, thanks for taking this on.

Have a great day!

Hi!

I'm sorry, I don't quite get this, my phones don't have sdcard on them and they work with Internal as default.

Can you tell me how you intalled?

Regards.
Good day,

I'm just flashing to 7.14 today (900W8)

However for the previous version of Lineage that I was on I used the procedure found here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/LineageOS/comments/7deeqb to Swap the mircosd card in my phone, and was presented with an option to make the storage 'Adoptable' or 'Portable'.

I think what blitz199620 is after is the 'Portable' option.

I hope this is helpful, and have a great day!

Excellent job, thank you for your hard work. Last night, I've installed the ROM and is working very well. I didn't see any problems so far, the only thing doesn't work is the NFC.

Thank you for the continuous support for this amazing device till this day! Such a loved device. I'll report of any issues I encounter if I get a chance to install the new builds.

Good afternoon. Thank you so much for continuing to update our dinosaur. I have a question for you. In the system settings, it is possible to use gestures instead of physical buttons. Why can't I completely turn off the physical buttons when I enable these gestures? The back button (right) and the menu button (left) continue to light up and work. Previously, on Havoc (AOSP), I calmly turned everything off and used only gestures.
When it will be possible to disable the physical buttons on the smartphone when activating the on-screen ones. Is it possible to come up with something?
P.S. This is sorely lacking

So... there it goes, all 4 device builds for 7.14 uploaded, hope you enjoy it.

Regards.
Thanks a lot for your good work. I flashed and updated through OTA method and everything works great except I noticed that the 'Night light' from the quick settings tiles has gone! So kindly bring it back sir as it was essential for me to use during the bed times. Thanks.

That was added by Gobinda, I think I have identified it and I'll do some tests, if it works I'll add it with february security update on 7.15 ;-)
