It's only on ypur device. You can reboot. sometimes that's the answer.

I re-flash the rom and the settings app icon are now the same as yours

1, If I clean flash, my base ROM is Chinese stable MIUI, will it work for me? (Or a stable EU version works?)
2, Does it OK if I don't flash GAPPS on Vanilla version?
