Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2
Flashed 7.4 ROM,
Below observations,

  • Phone is little laggy when opening app
  • Encryption not working, the phone reloads, encryption android logo appears, device boots, but fails to encrypt.
  • Default Camera app crashing when switching front camera.

Turn off compositor. Go to Settings > Display > Enable Blurs. The option is enabled by default. Turn it off. I guess it puts pressure on the GPU. Which is why Android 11 is laggy.

Encryption is not supposed to work on any custom ROM for this device.

Facing no such issue.

Is there anyone who can install v7.5 successfully ?
I installed v7.5 by OTA but bootloop occured, then I installed NikGapps-core-arm64-11-20210415-signed.zip but bootloop occured again.
So, I rollbacked to v7.4 by dirty flash.

No, I couldn't too (not OTA though).
So I wiped system and flashed the ROM 7.5 + NikGapps (20201122/Basic) + Magisk.
Have no other issue so far.

Is cast working now? WFD service kept crashing while connecting miracast device so I went back to Q. Can anyone test if cast is fixed on 7.5? I see no mention of cast in changelog.

Thank you for reporting of good working v7.5.
I clean installed v7.5, NikGapps-core-arm64-11-20210415-signed.zip, Magisk-v22.1 and they work well. I can't set zenparts->vibration regardless the enforce/permissive mode.

I was on official Asus Android 10 rom,
Flashed ofrp
Performed factory reset,
Formatted data, dalvik and cache
Didn't touched any other folder.
Flashed rom 7.5 and recovery
Then reboot to recovery
Flashed basic nikgapps
Reboot to system

Now bluetooth can't stay connect, other things are working fine.
Thanx @legacy07 for this awesome rom.

Why in the settings you can configure the number of shortcuts in the notifications panel, and when then you remove unnecessary, then writes that it should stay at least 6 ??? What is nonsense?

it corrupted my bluetooth address, it shows 00.00.00.00.00.00.
now bluetooth cant stay connected.
any solution?

    Bootloop is caused by the latest nikgapps. Downgrade nikgapps untill the developer fixes the issue or it'll happen again
    Zenparts have some sepolicy denials. You can fix it for now by going permissive, which isn't recommended

    Wich Gapps must i use ? NickGapps R, right? Edit, it's ok, it work!

    Max wifi is 20M, how to increase to the max possible on this phone, around 50M, any solution?
