I have a couple of questions:

1. Does the ROM have smooth corners like PixenOS and OOS ?
2. Does it have Android 11 look and ability to change LTE for 4G icon ?
3. Can you force any app to use full screen ?

Thanks in advance.

No 4g icons just the regular, rather large LTE in status bar as my screenshot shows, no smooth corners and I don't use full screen apps but I don't believe so. Kick ass rom though with a beautiful ui!!

Thanks a lot for the answer. Maybe I'll try this ROM in the future as it looks very promising but for now PixenOS is my daily driver.

I just noticed in the download link there is now both a Vanilla and GApps option. I'm assuming that NikGApps is now built in to the GApps version zip, and we no longer need to flash GApps with that one. Is this correct? My apologies if this has always been the case. I am just noticing it.

I believe, since it's now official status, he was able to build the version that includes gapps. I'm not certain what version of gapps is included though, but it does include gapps so need to flash gapps separately unless you opt to install the vanilla version.

is there a way to change icons without installing third party launcher? Can't find it in the settings. I am on latest rom with gapps included version. After clean flash and factory reset it seems that the icons went back to stock or I just didn't notice it wasn't in the first place lol

It appears that Pixel Launcher comes installed. I don't think there is a way to change icons with Pixel Launcher. On a related note, I installed Ruthless Launcher, and for some reason making Ruthless my default launcher doesn't seem to stick.

there isn't a way but would be a nice option to add if thats possible. All those purchased icon packs are going to waste lol. I didn't install a different launcher so I can't tell if it sticks or not when changed. Try go to settings and choose your Ruthless launcher as default and then go to apps and disable pixel launcher.

Can anyone give a short feedback/review for the current build? Looking forward to flash it in the coming days, just wanted to know few things in perspective of stability and ram management, battery also but its adaptive and variable

Kudos to the developer, rom looks promising!!
Visually this ROM is amazing, I'd say the best one yet. Stability wise so far no complaints. Battery - well nothing special there. Had ~5 SOT on my first full charge. RAM management: hard to tell as I did not notice any laggs or stutters so far (perhaps some app did lagged like US T-mobile Tuesday). Didn't have any crashes so far. Only issue I have after disconnecting from car bluetooth there is no sound coming from any apps that has sounds (insta videos, music, etc) but solvable by simple restart of the device. Big kudos to the developer!

This rom looks promising indeed. Going to try it soon.

Are there any bugs in the Gapps version as compared to Vanilla build?

I am currently on the EvoX 5.6 latest build, and I want to switch to DotOS 5.0.1 Gapps version. What are the exact steps to be followed for proper installation (along with TWRP and Root)? Help would be appreciated.

I use the following method for all flashing.

      Flash ROM
      Flash TWRP
      If gapps are included:
      Format data.
      Reboot system.
      If gapps are not included:
      Reboot TWRP.
      Flash gapps.
      Format data.
      Reboot system.

If root wanted. Set up phone and reboot recovery to install magisk.

Others have different shortcuts, but this has worked without fail for the last 2+ years on the 6T.

      Hope it helps.

      Hey Dev!
I just encountered something strange that, When playing music and waking up on ambient display the time doesn't change.
      Hey!
I will check it later. If I will have this bug, I will try to fix. But I think, this is rom issue and I can't fix it.
