After many failures and glitches and weird things not working properly, I have managed to install dotOS and it is absolutely fantastic. Netflix even works with zero work or effort, brilliant. I am having one problem though: this time (I think the relevant difference was dotOS gapps rather than nikgapps or opengapps) I now only have pixel launcher than than dotOS launcher installed. Whilst it doesn't have the options to change labels the dotOS one is way better than pixel. Is there any way to install it manually onto my device? I hate my recents animation being inconsistent, and Android 11 has even less quickswitch launchers than 10

Perfectly. I thought the audio was deeper at first, but I've got new earbuds and just not used to them yet. I am having a few small issues however, notably when I press power to unlock my phone the display isn't turning on, so either face unlock works or I need to fumble to unlock it, and picture in picture is very buggy, any interaction it disappears but media keeps playing. But no, no Bluetooth problems

How'd you find that ROM? I'm having the same issue you have. Looking like I'm switching to this before my 6ix comes next week.

I like it, about the same as DotOS, only issue so far is still notifications being delayed or not coming through at all (Gmail), just as with stock fw.

This will replace my old Moto G5 company phone when I get the new Pixel 6 pro for myself, so I'll still try to keep up with the 6T stuff.

Latest update 5.2 small issue. When screen goes off for longer than 5 minutes it's rather difficult to wake it. The fix I have for it is to enable aod, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes I had a same issue. Better move to different rom until they fix the bugs. DOS 5.2 very buggy.

Definitely a few present bugs. Bt cuts out, fingerprint is slow and the screen off issue. Also seeing a bit of battery drain. But this is a backup device so switching to another Rom isn't necessary considering how much I enjoy DOS otherwise.

What rom would you suggest though? As I said this isn't my daily driver as it's truly the phone I use just to swap and test roms.

Right now I'm on Havoc. It's super smooth and stable.

My Bluetooth does not seem to be working when I play Spotify or YouTube or anything other than a voice call will not have sound go through blue tooth

I did a reset and fresh install and most issues that I had from 5.1 to 5.2 are now gone. Still a hiccup or 2, but not the frustrations I experienced over the weekend. Bluetooth is working. Audio is working. Video of working. Data isn't cutting out. Even the fingerprint sensor is more responsive, even if still a little slower than older versions.

Great ROM! Though I couldn't help but notice that videos have really low sound. I think it's using the Noise Cancelling microphone instead of the main one. Can anybody confirm?

You might have to flash the newest OOS and then come back to dotos. I did that over the weekend and every single issue I was experiencing melted away. Lagging, pausing, Bluetooth issues. Videos buffering no matter what app I was watching it. Audio pausing. The rom is flawless now.

Its a known issue when flashing on top of OOS 11. If you flash it with OOS10 then you will have it resolved but then there wont be notification or rintone sound.

It could be device specific. For me truly, everything is working fine.
