Hi, I want to change the language of the shutdown / reboot menu, do you think this is possible?

Havoc 3.12
Battery drain from 100% to 55% in 5 hours.
And lags after I have unblocked a phone.
It says Screen On for 5 hours. Thats not true. Phone was blocked and screen turned off all that time.

Yesterday it was smooth and had no lags all day long. And battery drain was 5% by night.

Was it farming bitcoins in background? Lol

After reboot it's smooth again.

Had these lags and battery issues with Magisk 21.2
After updating to 21.4 these problems are gone (RZ Kernel, probably also RAD kernel).
Globally it's a very nice custom rom ! Great work
Only a minor bug -> "Smart Charging" is not working, my phone doesn't stop charging at 80% for example.

What I have noticed, Ambient display, 1.always on and 2. always (while charging), prevents android to sleep.

1. In this case your phone simply never goes to sleeping mode, discharging your battery.

2. Even after charge disconnected, screen remains on and your battery vanishes in several hours.

you can use it to wake up device when locked.

1. Open file (eg. with Root Browser): System/usr/keylayout/gpio_keys.kl
2. Change command: key 172 WAKEUP
3. Safe file and change file permissions to: -rw-r--r-- (644)
4. Reboot

I did try this but it still not work. Edit Generic.kl will work though

Hi, I want to try this ROM but there are lots of comments that it has tons of bugs.
Can anyone tell if wi-fi works stadily? Does nfc work, what about overheating and battary drain?

I haven't seen any reply for 4G network unselectable in settings ? I can switch to 3G and 2G but 4G is impossible.
What's the problem ?

And How to get 4G working with this rom ?

I'm trying to get 4G working just after rom installation, no other apps installed, full stock.

Ok, I reply to my question after some researches. I've found a stackoverflow question about changing network mode over ADB here.

For me the commands that I've used are :

# Begin a shell on your phone
adb shell

# List setings that will be changed, to be able to rollback if needed (you will probably get 0 for 3G and 1 for 2G).
settings list global | grep pref

# Begin superuser shell, Magisk need to be installed of course
su

# Change settings to LTE + WCDMA, see stackoverflow for more information
settings put global preferred_network_mode 12
settings put global preferred_network_mode1 12

# Restart radio interface layer
stop ril-daemon
start ril-daemon

# Exit superuser shell and exit shell
exit
exit

# Now if you go into phone network settings 4G will be selected as preferred network if OK, try to reboot phone if not.

F2FS is currently unsupported, with EXT4 you should be fine, this issues you described is f2fs failure

Clean Install from 3.12 to 4.1 (Havoc-OS-v4.1-20210217-dream2lte-Official-GApps.zip) failed on Google second page "connect to a wlan network". It is absolutely equal, whatever I will enter: Network-key, DHCP/Static IP adress. No reaction after enter-key. On the router side, no login attempt is in the event page visible. Native Wifi driver seem to work. I see all reachable Wifi Networks. On router side I tried 2,4GHz and 5Ghz frequencies. In client side: build in RZ kernel and RAD kernel. No luck at all. This build is not usable for me. Rollback to 3.12. So I will be back on 4.2.

Btw. pure LOS 18.1 same e effect

OMG you are right of course, my bad. Did a full wipe assuming that would revert the f2fs data partition to ext4 automatically, which it didn't... - testing now. Thanks for your awesome work.
