Installation:
If you are on stock OS, you need a custom recovery first. You can get the recommended LineageOS recovery in the official installation instructions link below.
You can use TWRP for installation, however it is no longer officially supported since we do not have full control of its update cycle and potential issues.
Previous recommended TWRP image: twrp-3.2.3-20190209-kuntao.img

If you are coming from stock or other ROMs, you need to make a factory reset.
As always, make sure to backup before installing this ROM.

Hi guys,
I have a question about one application - CarrierDefaultApp
Today I was forced to reinstall my phone and I paid attention out of curiosity - I don't even know how I "missed" this before - that this app has permission to phone.

Because I have another phone also with LineageOS 17.1 - Surnia, I saw that this application is not there.

Does anyone know - what exactly does this app do? Why does it have permissions on the phone? And why it has access in one system and not in another?

Hello, does anyone facing any issue with charging, to be more precisely fast charging doesn't work. Additionally, after connection to PC my, phone is undetected and only charges. Charging speed from power brick and PC is the same (~300mA/4mV) which is super slow and takes 11h to fully charge the phone. Does anyone know possible cause or solution to the issue? My friend's P2 is charging normally on my setup. Clean flash didn't help.

Are You sure that your installation (PC and smartphone) is correctly configured ? I'm convinced that this is not the case.
You should make a search on the web like "How to configure ADB ?", "Why doesn't ADB recognize my phone ?", ...
It's what I did the first time I intended to use adb.
Here 2 links among others :
https://www.xda-developers.com/install-adb-windows-macos-linux/
https://www.androidrecovery.com/blog/install-use-adb-windows.html.
You will rarely find an entirely turnkey solution.

I ask You following questions :
  1. is the bootloader of your smartphone unlocked ?
  2. did You install the USB drivers of your phone ?
  3. did You allow USB debugging (advanced developers options) ?

There is a Bluetooth Bug and bubble bug (notifications)

Bluetooth turn itself on,
1) when you turn Internet on
2) when you restart a phone
3) no way to make it stay turned off

Bubble notifications

1) Floating Bubble freezes entire phone when it's brought up by app, fix, deactivate it system wide

I'm sorry but I can’t see immediatly where is the problem with your phone.
I remain convinced that it is due to drivers and/or ADB.

I can just advise you to realize two actions :
  1. make a search on the web by typing "ADB doesn't see my name-of-the-phone" (Lenovo p2 in my case).
    You are not alone to meet this problem ;
  2. install again adb and the drivers.

I did notice a little performance improvement and less battery drain!
