Hi, I'm trying to install the ROM but I have incurred into an unexpected problem:
I'm flashing the twrp-3.4.2b-1206-K30Pro-wzsx150 that was posted a few pages ago but it apparently cannot read internal storage.
It says "unable to mount /data (success)" and internal storage dimension is 0.00 MB.

I'm on a Eu Poco F2 Pro with Android 11 and MIUI 12.2.4. I've tried a few times, both with pattern lock (with and without fingerprints registered) and no lock at all but the result is the same.

Am I missing out some steps in the process?

Hi, for those who're encountering the same problem I managed to get it working, it was pretty simple actually.
It was just a matter of booting to recovery via fastboot command because manual reboot wouldn't trigger data decryption process.

The rom seems really polished, right now everything is working ok. Developers and mantainers did a real fine job. Maybe battery consumption is a little bit higher than MIUI but i'll hold my judgement for a few days, when my use has normalized.

One last question: can I dirty flash updates dowloaded with OTA feature, right?

whoa, security risk, nice find. is this only on arrowos? i seem to not have the issue on Havoc, tried until i got locked out three times
Probably. My brother's POCO F2 Pro with MIUI Global does not unlock this way. It can be only-ArrowOS-thing. After update from 16/02 to 28/02 it looks like it's harder to unlock this way but It's still possible.

You should use the one linked in the first post.
Also check if you are using the correct version of TWRP (https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachments/twrp-3-4-2b-1206-k30pro-wzsx150-zip.5208789/). Be careful to use pattern lock to succesfully decrypt /data.
If you read this thread you can find a lot of answers about the flashing process given to me by kind people.

Did you experience any issue with OTA update?
Yesterday, a few hours after configuring the newly installed rom I noticed it wasn't the last version available so I tried the built in update procedure (16/02 to 03/03)
The installation script seemed to work fine, but after rebooting to system the device was stuck in fastboot mode.
I just let the script do its thing then hit "reboot to system in twrp" and nothing more.
Then I tried wiping but it didn't solve a thing and I had to flash firmware and rom again.

Thank you so much for your kind response i will try to make the process right now, i read the steps yesterday a lot of times and it doesn't seem to complicated, but always something could happen haha.

Fortunately enough we have a flasher for the device so the risk for a hard brick is really miniscule. Happy flashing!

If you are on (one of) the latest weekly xiaomi eu rom you already have the prerequisite vendor blobs and firmware installed (vendor partitions are like the underlying drivers) theyll be installed whenever you install an official or most unofficial miui derivatives, as part of the rom, custom (read aosp) roms in most cases dont ship with them unless theyre open sourced

ok so if i understand correctly from your very informative answer no extra files are needed, so i'm ready to flash and try this rom.

Correct, given that you've installed the needed recovery and rom that was linked earlier you should be all set to give this one a go

Hello, please please please fix this problem ASAP:
Somehow I rebooted my phone while taking photos on pop up camera, and now there is no way to hide it, I tried literally everything, installing different apps and rebooting while switching cameras, calling with camera from different messangers etc... also there is no falling protection function, that could fix my problem too. I tried to hide by pushing inside, no luck as it doesn't stop inside, opening again at half size. I'm afraid I break this camera while the smartphone in my pocket... I think there is a way to reset this camera state, like forcing camera to hide while turning off or rebooting. And maybe you have any ideas how to fix that? Thank you.
restart your phone while holding your camera inside, then start the camera app included (still holding it down) and switch cameras back and forth, redo this process and eventually you will feel the tension on the camera release and it will have retracted itself, this is something that can happen on all custom roms, though you are right, they should add the retract camera state to boot

EDIT: the possibility is there, as i know miui has this and that the latest derpfest added it

I have the same problem, last updates led doesn't work.
If the ROM passed to OSS vendor (I don't see it mention, but it is possible), that could be the cause.
All the new ROMs that came out with OSS vendor in the latest few days have issues with the notification light.

    Hi, to all.

With the latest version of the rom and a clean install, in the init assistant the phone search but can't see any WIFI network; i try firmware 12.2.5.0 and 12.2.1.0; try the last 2 roms, and nothing. With MIUI, Xiaomi.eu and crDroid works fine.

    Any idea?

PD: I forgot one thing: at start a popup say: System UI isn't responding, close app or wait.
    CrDroid use 12.2.5 firmware.
    Eu rom have firmware included.

use this recovery (if necessary) https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=17248734326145679747
    Twrp ->wipe->**Format data write yes
    reboot recovery
    flash firmware 12.2.1.0
    reboot recovery
    flash rom
    **format data
    reboot system

    OR flash this rom https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...MK30Pro_V12.2.1.0.RJKCNXM_v12-11.zip/download
and do the same operations except flash firmware.
