Small bump on the road here ; i got a notice about an update for the arrow build.
It does download but refuses to install.
Even when exploring around twrp i cant find the update file either , am i missing something here ?
OTA updater doesn't work, you have to boot into recovery (either LOS or TWRP) and then either flash with `adb sideload` or from OTG.

Hi guys, I wanted to try stock android 12 and based on previous experiences with 11 builds I'd say this is the best rom to start with. But before trying I need to ask a few questions:
-why is there no developer post about 12 roms? Has the discussion moved somewhere else?
-which base should I use to have the best results? (stability and battery life)?
-is safetynet working ok without rooting/installing magisk?

I thank in advance anyone who is kind enough to answer these very boring questions :D

Hi, looks like our device is discontinued by devs. But, we still can flash latest firmware. BUT, there is one problem... right now im on feb 28 firmware and it has battery draining issue. Before that (1 or 2 updates before) i didnt notice any problems, and even before 1 or 2 updates i noticed this issue first time. So probably its better to stop updating our device and find that one "correct" firmware. I should say that i tried Battery Guru app and this one COULD fix the issue on previous firmwares (when i first time noticed that my device draining power even in sleep mode), but not on my latest one. Also i cant update to current latest firmware (march 15), it just wouldnt install after downloading so there is only one way - dirty/clean flash from recovery/adb. Right now im trying to find something else but looking at last posts on spark os etc people state that they have battery draining issue too... so ill keep looking and probably will try to flash latest march 15 firmware and if something is wrong play with battery guru settings...
btw there is 12.1 firmware that might be available soon, or maybe not, who knows.
good luck :)

I flashed it two days ago. I used the latest global firmware as base and I'm on march 15th update, GAPP version. As far as I can tell, for the first two days battery life has been very good, I'd say better than MIUI.eu, which I was using previously. The discharge rate is very constant and I didn't notice any battery drain. Overnight loss is no more than 1/2% without any change of settings. Charge time seems longer than stock, but not so much.
Right now I'm very happy with this rom: I still have to find a single bug or glitch (Ok, I found one: when an alarm is shown in the lockscreen, the big clock overlaps with FOD icon) and everything is butterly smooth.

Are you sure that our device is being discontinued? I've read in the Telegram group that they just discontinued A12 developement to focus on A12.1 and that's why every device with A12 is marked as discontinued on their website.

Installed ArrowOS 12 on my F2 recently but the sensors (gyro, accelerometer, proximity etc) doesn't work at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
